Grant is the only contact you will ever have, his mobile phone is the only number of this company, another called Easyway Building Design Pty Ltd and a website called Easyway Buying Group which doesn't state whether it is a company or who is behind it other than being a "wholly owned subsidiary of Easyway Building Brokers". He'll claim to be the owner and appear to be the person calling the shots (because he is) but officially his 21 year old son Joshua Rohde is the sole director of the company and you will never meet him, never hear from him and he has nothing to do with the business, he owns Truline Cabinets and is a cabinet maker by trade. So why all smokescreens? Grant was bankrupted when his building company collapsed, and you can read all about it in the QCAT case of Grantly John Rohde v Queensland Building Services Authority (just google it and you will find a link to the written decision) and as a result of being a bankrupt he was barred from being a licensed builder ever again. So now he hides behind his son trying to trade around his permanent exclusion. I encourage anyone who has ever dealt with him, Easyway Building Brokers, or any of the other "Easyway" group of companies to contact the Queensland Building and Construction Commission and let them know. If you have paid them any money you may be able to recover it with the help of the QBCC or a solicitor.
