I ordered expecting to use a $3 off coupon code that I got off of Retailmenot.com. Code 34h2 and I could not add it. So, I contacted them, after placing my order for over $20 at Arga Cafe through them. There was no number to call, only a CHAT service. So i chatted with someone named "Kellie" who hung up on me, after I asked her to cancel my order and please verify that she had done so. She said if you pay CASH that they can not honor coupon codes. It should have said that on the app, or I would have ordered less food! She would not honor my discount code and I vowed never to use their service again, preferring Gxxx Hxx, because this company is respectful, and has always righted any wrongs! Also, they sent me an email saying I could get a "few" dollars off my order, which said $2 at the bottom. To be more specific, they should have said "a couple." Everyone knows that a few usually means more than 2 despite the dictionary definition. They could have chosen more specific semantics. This company is a RIP OFF who intentionally tries to decieve customers!
