George Boulos sells philatelic covers signed by US Astronauts on eBay under the name George9785. He buys under the name 55seconds. He has a Post Office Box Address in Blaine Washington, but he does not live in the United States. He lives in British Columbia. George Boulos is originally from Lebonon .

I purchased a cover from him on eBay. Almost immediately, George9785 began sending harrassing and threatening emails to me demanding feedback 'or else" . He apparently "Googled" me, because he knew the names and ages of my children.

When the cover arrived (yest he did send it to me) it was accompanied by a considerable amount of "ANTI-AMERICAN LITERATURE". I found the contents to be quite disturbing.

I "Googled" George Boulos and found four years worth of various complaints about him, dog fights , fraudulant charge-backs , stolen merchandise , American citezenshipship denial, harrassment etc.

My heart began pounding and I filed a police report.

A few people posted a portrait of George Boulos and I have done the same.

Can I simply say what a reduction to search out somebody who truly knows what theyre talking about on the internet. You definitely know how you can carry a problem to light and make it important. Extra people have to learn this and understand this side of the story. I cant imagine youre no more popular because you definitely have the gift. http://hellowh984mm.com

I purchased a camera with accessories from the 6th Avenue Express eBay store. I thought it was unusual that their were certain product elements missing like a plastic film on the glass LCD screen and a sealed label over the lip of the camera box. On testing the camera it proved defective. While they "stated" they would refund the camera, they have stalled for two weeks about getting the shipping label to me for the refund. eBay only keeps documentation now so you have to skip them and go directly to Paypal and your credit card company for best results. I also filed a detailed account with bbb.org/new-jersey. I am currently pursuing a refund in order that I obtain a reliable camera instead of "grey merchandise."

I purchased 8 coils for my Ford truck in 6/2013. They offered a Lifetime warranty on the parts. When I called them today (07/03/2015) and told them that two of my coils went bad, they told me that that eBay had changed the rules and that they can't honor the lifetime warranty. I explaind to him that I hvae my original invoice and paypal receipt, and he said sorry I can't do anything. He went on to say, if you buy two coils from me, I'll give you two free ones. I told him thats not LIFETIME means. Stay away from them, they are not honest and they don't stand behind their products. I've seen other eBay sellers selling the same coils offering the lifetime warranty on the same parts.

AUTOXCAR on Ebay is a Total Fraud! Chris Carey has no ethics. He takes your "deposit", "let me hold it". You're now off- Ebay using Paypal. Paypal won't help recover your $500., citing their auto policy. He keeps your "deposit" and sells the car again. His cars are totally misrepresented and should be scrapped. No Ebay feedback! No Car! He paid NO TAXES!............. Run away from this SCAMMER!

btw: He sells from a 2 story Rat Hole with wooden floors and beams. Cars are packed in using ramps. Residents live nearby. Report to L&I for fire and not paying taxes on what are non-internet sales and scams!

Carey dupes Ebay Buyers into BUY-IT-NOW purchases of his ridiculous cars thru glowing descriptions, all "excellent", while the cars deserve to be crushed due to their actual hopeless condition! The man has no ethics at all and states his "descriptions are irrelevant", No Truth Intended.

Dmitry Bulkin through his company Reset Luxury took full payment ($12,350) for a Rolex for my wife. I was told that I would be receiving the watch within a week or two. After about a month I was told that they had to custom order the watch and it may take a "month or two" after 4+ months, I asked for a refund of my $12,350 and was told that the money had been paid to another company for the watch. After checking with the company Dmitry Bulkin said he paid, I was informed that no such payment had been made.

At this point I confronted this Lying, Thieving, SOB, and he attempted to talk his way out of it. After realizing that he was caught in his lie, he told me that he no longer had the money and that he had spent it, and was going through "personal Issues" and he implied drug use. He said that he would work out a "payment plan" and that he could pay me $1,000 a month. That was 3+ months ago, and the last that I heard from him

I was able to discover that the funds were transferred from Reset Luxury to another company he owns with his wife Professor Daniella Bulkin (at college of Staten Island) known as D & D Group, inc.

He also owns another watch company named BIGBOY Watches, and sells through Ebay.

His Brother Yuri Bulkin and his Wife Anastassia Bulkin also own a watch store in Miami called "Ahead of Time" in Miami. I do not know if they work with Dmitry or if he has any involvement with their operation, as they have not responded to phone calls or emails asking for information or assistance.

Be careful doing business with Dmitry Bulkin or his aliases or other companies. I can say from Personal experiences, he is not trust worthy or truthful, and has absolutely zero personal or business morals.

Made a purchase from one of Ebay's online sellers. Sellers page stated "get delivery on or by June 14, 2015". Made the purchase and seller immediately sends me an email "your order has shipped" with a tracking number. For the next four days I attemp to track the shipment with the tracking number supplied by the seller to no avail, I kept getting "invalid tracking number".......nothing regarding the shipment such as......"in process" or "pending" or any other indication this was legitmate, just a invalid notification. I call Ebay at their 800 number and speak with a female who discussed my issue with me, put me on hold to verify the facts, then come back on the phone and tell me I'm entitled to a refund........Guaranteed by Ebays purchase policy! BUBKUS!! I have tracking documentation that supports my claim! What actually transpired in this purchase was the seller LIED that the item was "in stock" and after I made the purchase he/she ordered it from their purveyor while BSing me with fraudulent information until they received it on their end to ship to me! When I called Ebay, the female I spoke with told me to use the Ebay mail under my account and message the seller I was cancerling the order. The Ebay CSR also informed me I would be getting my credit card refund on Wednesday which never materialized either. After notifying the Ebay seller I was canceling my order, the deuchbag then goes out the following day and ships the order already knowing I canceled as well as Ebay was aware the order was cancelled. The order arrives on June 17......3 days past the guaranteed delivery date of June 14 as described on the sellers ebay webpage. When I had originally spoke with the Ebay CSR this topic was discussed should the package arrive I was to refuse the package and return to sender as I did. The following day Ebay sends me a notification your complaint has a resolution......we won't refund you and have decided in the sellers behalf because you received the item........are they f....ing stupid or what, braindead from the neck up! I immediately called Ebay and spoke with one of the turnips whom informed me I received what I ordered, nothing to do with the Ebay guaranteed arrive by June 14 that arrived on June 17! After cancelling that order earlier I had gone online and ordered from another vendor with 100% reveiws and customer satisfaction. Now I have two items, one of which was refused and returned, no refund, and the item I did order! I am hoping my credit card company will rule on the facts as they were set forth and protest the charge! Ebay knew the tracking information was bogus for the first four days, aware I had spoken with customer service and followed their advice to the tee, that the order did not arrive as guaranteed, and that this same seller has a long list of similar customer dissatisfation! I will NEVER buy or sell on EBAY again!! This wasn't the first time with EBAY.........several years ago I put an item on for sale to which it ended up selling to a smuck listed as from MEXICO! Ebay took their cut after the sale knowing this individual wasn't real, the sale was bogus, and I had been scammed. So now Ebay tells me put it back up for sale and we won't charge you......to make a long story short, it happened a second time!!EBAY allows anyone to use their site regardless of what, who, where they are and allows scammers to bid and buy without any prior investigation to reveal their true identity! Anyone can open an account on EBAY with false identity and just opening a email account that does not verify information like Yahoo and some others do! EBAY, you lost a STELLAR CUSTOMER because you only have one agenda.........$$$$......!!!! FY

Beware of purchasing from FRANCISCA CASTILLO at

[email protected] selling on EBAY.

She does not package her products well and/or sells things that do not work and WILL NOT stand behind her product - neither will PayPal.

AND do not buy anything in advance - more than a few days before you plan to use the product because I ordered an espresso maching a month in advance as a b'day present and it didn't work. It wasn't packaged properly and either it was damaged in the shipping because it wasn't cushioned in the mail so it jostled around and was broken OR she sold me an already damaged product. Who knows which one it was.

I emailed her and she never responded. In not knowing what to do and becoming depressed and upset that I had just thrown $120 away by paying her and then the product being a piece of crap - I didn't know what to do. Finally a friend told me to contact PayPal so I did. They told me that I had 180 to file a report. It had only been about 60 days since I recieved it, so I was well withint PayPals time frame.

PayPal sided with her - saying that I needed to respond within a reasonable amount of time. ?????? What the hell? It is PayPals rule of 180 - I filed in aprox 60.

So if you can't depend on PayPal to help the consumer - BEWARE OF THIS EBAY SELLER - FRANCISCA CASTILLO. She will rip you off. She doesn't package her items properly for shipping and she will not respond to your letters or accept your returns and you certainly will not have PayPal back you.

I just hope that I can save someone else the misery and from waisting $120. That is alot of money to me... maybe to FRANCISCA CASTILLO or PayPal that is pocket change but I have to work for my money and $120 is alot of money for me. I hope that I can save someone from the misery that I have been through.

JUST STAY AWAY FROM FRANCISCA CASTILLO

Hello Everyone,

First let me start off by saying that I myself and many other people in the industry have been onto this person “Jeff Danzig” and the hundreds of forgeries he’s put out into the market. This guy is pretending to be Glenn Danzig’s son and is using the Danzig name in order to help give him credibility. The only problem is that Glenn Danzig has no son!!!! He has publically stated such!! His real name isn’t even Danzig, It’s Glenn Anzalone. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glenn_Danzig)

So who is this Jeff Danzig?? Autograph collectors know of him, but their impression has been that he is just using the Danzig name to profit. It has also been shown that many bad items are coming from this source. Rocknroll_hell was shown as clear of proof as you will ever see when you are dealing with autographs that these items weren’t good.

You will see a wealth of information online proving beyond a shadow of a doubt these items were fake. Although the Kiss items were better than average forgeries and could easily fool a collector. And some even had a D. Max cert. who we all know has a very bad reputation in the community for authenticating.

Yes, he appears to be pretty skilled at Kiss signatures but his van halen, gnr, metallica and others are just really disgusting. Really Really vile! Please step back and take a look at what is going on here..

It is very obvious what he’s been up to and the drastic measures he’ll attempt to defend his forgeries. It seems as good 'ol Jeff at one time or another did have authentic items. He was probably making some extra money with those items until he ran out of them. He then simply started forging more.. which is probably why his Kiss forgeries are pretty good (compared to the other bands he is trying to pull off)

I am pretty sure they were all signed in the same gold pen as well! This guy doesn’t appear to be the sharpest tool in the shed. It’s about time someone puts an end to this imposter and protects all the innocent people that actually want to buy authentic merchandise. Jeff.. or whatever your name is.. STOP taking innocent people’s money. THE JIG IS UP!

Beware of dealing with Erna Bumann a 40-something (possibly Finnish?) woman living in Ventura California. She illegally operates and runs a SCAM e-bay store that sells totally fake UGG boots and possibly many other fake/replica products.

I have no idea why ebay continues to allow her to illegally operate other than the fact that ebay and Pay Pal both earn commission for every fraudulent product she and thousands of other illegal sellers post on their site.

Do NOT buy ANYTHING from her, or trust her as she never responded to ANY of my e-mails and from the first and only communication she sent, I believe either she speaks very poor English (and is possibly an illegal alien), or the less likely- she is clinically mentally handicapped, which if that's the case it still is no excuse for behaving in such an unethical and immoral manner.

She goes by the handle " finlandchick " on ebay and because everything in her aliases: @finnfoxx, [email protected] all contain some reference to "finland" it makes sense that she wants people to believe she is from Finland, however due to her behavior and the sales of so many illegal and fraudulent products, I am more inclined to believe that she is some sort of gypsy and possibly gets her illegal goods from Eastern European suppliers, or the Chinese. I would not be surprised at all if she uses Alibaba's scam site: Aliexpress (a known fake and fraudulent goods scam site) to get her phony merchandise.

An absolutely dispicable person and though she only has 3 negative reviews (probably because most don't even know they've bought fake/fraudulent goods) they are related to her selling FAKE ITEMS!!!!

I don't know how the Erna Bumann sleeps at night, or how she lives with herself knowing that she is conducting herself in the worst way possible.

Erna Bumann AKA finlandchick or finnfoxx - SHAME ON YOU

I have been with Ebay since 2006, I started my own Ebay business in 2014, I have purchased in excess of $500,000 worth of merchandise from Ebay in 2014. I havery also sold in excess of $600,000 worth of merchandise in 2014. My account was suspended do to language and threats Towards Ebay employees. On May 7 , 2015 I called into Ebay's Utah office and was talking to an ebay Acount security officer, his name was Paul. I explained to Paul my account had been suspended due to connection with my ex wife's. I explained to Paul how much money I spend on Ebay . Paul stated he didn't care how much money I spent and told me to take my business to amazon, I asked to speak to his supervisor and he began laughing perfusion at me. Why is it that the Utah office of Ebay is so rude? Are they monitored by John Donahoe? Does he know the way that office treats some of Ebays best buyers anden sellers? That office should be closed and everyone inside should be fired.

  • May 6, 2015

I bought a monitor on eBay. When it arrived, I found that it did not support the resolution advertised. This was a bait and switch by the seller.

Attempts to resolve this matter with the seller failed, so I contacted eBay customer service. I was told to return the monitor.

eBay's customer service policy very plainly states that the seller is responsible for fees when the seller misrepresents an item. eBay's customer service rep instead ruled that I have to lose money and that the seller should get away with no penalty whatsoever.

eBay is the most dangeous shoping site on the Web.

Another bad seller, this time one from ebay who not only poorly packed but sold me these not as described and with constant lies, then only shipped because I had to come down hard on him to move his butt. He actually botched the packing by rushing it and shipped 7 days after he agreed to a 2 day deadline. He earned his neg. When I was so disappointed about these and voiced my concerns, that meant more to his Granola Californicated ego than to remain professional and resolve the issue correctly. This horrible creepy seller dropped a profanity bomb on me then, he made threats of bodily harm and called me every name in the book and ebay was immediately notified of this nutbar and a case was filed for a full refund from Paypal. These boxes were seriously damaged in 2 corners and one side, the woofers both broke free from their mounting holes which I had to repair. They were listed as MINT and supposed to have been mint but they were tampered with by novice repairs and dented dust caps.

From what I gather, he had a dented cone and so he removed it and tried to take out the dent but pushed the dents a little too far outward. Then he spray painted the cones white because they were probably yellowed and spotted from mold, and even though he could not round out the dust caps, the did what he could and painted that silver where it is supposed to be a sort of polished aluminum surface. Then of all things, he reglues the dustcaps with bathroom silicone tub and tile caulking??? OK, the end result showed very mild dents but to list these as mint was a complete not as described issue. My testing didnt turn out all that well either. At 1 watt of input to these speakers at 40 hz there was noticeable cone rubbing. 2 tweeters were DOA after I looked further. Luckily I found a source and ordered the parts for repair. When this Goof said he was just about to go ship, he sent me pictures of what I thought was my speakers but when I blew up the images, I could see that the names on the boxes were not mine. When I confronted the seller, he covered up with more of his lies. Once I received these a whole 3 weeks passed, I could see there were velocity damage issues as they must have been dropped despite all his redneck duct tape touch and his 1 inch of used red painted wall styrofoam, is not padding. These looked like a crime scene! What a disgusting mess he made of this! WAKE UP SELLER or get off of ebay! In all my 16 years on ebay,NOBODY EVER insulted or threatened me like this guy. Contact me if you want his name. I am working to ensure that this guy NEVER screws another buyer ever again. Here are screen prints of the despicable manner in which this seller deals with his buyers.

Jamare Criss messaged me on ebay and proposed to trade barely started to use ebay and didn't think there was people like this. We come to an agreement on what shoes he sends me and what I send him, although i am not dumb i told him i was not going to ship first and he said he was not either. We agree to take pictures as we go through with the shipping process on the following Saturday and we do so, he sends pictures of being at the post office and of the box in which the shoes are supposably placed in (i do the same). We also agreed i would be paying $100 for another pair later that week, but i chose a different shipping method than him and he would not send me tracking number of his because he wanted to wait til it said it was in transit (Of course i tried to think of the positive side of this and thought he was just scared I was the one trying to scam him) and the week goes along and 4 days later then my package shows in transit and the same day i send him half of the payment for the next pair through paypal with his "cousin's" paypal Nick Belfort. The next day he sends me two tracking numbers and I thought it was legit and everything was good until the day after the tracking numbers update with one going to Pennsylvania and expected to arrive Wednesday and the other one going to IA expected to arrive Thursday I confront him and he says he doesnt know why. It is tuesday and the PA one says delivered in PA today and the IA one is still in Transit. My package arrived to him on Saturday and was valued at $125 along with my half payment of $50 He has scammed me just about $175 and I can tell he is a teen kid. Even got a spokeo account to try to be in contact with his parents could not find any numbers that work.

THE GREAT EBAY.COM , with all good intentions I listed a Party Bus on ebay to sell it because I need the money for my dog to have a tumor removed. The operation is very expensive but you know dogs are family.

Anyway I listed the vehicle on Ebay and after a few days had the feeling that it was not going to sell at the price I had. So the next day I went online with Ebay and lowered the price, I went through the whole process just what it asked and "clicked" continue as it told me to do. A pop up window said "successful your changes have been made" and at the bottom it said "continue" so I clicked on it and a new window came up and said "save changes" so I clicked on that and I was done it said. after that I went and ran a few errerrands and came back to check to see how the sale was going. went to MY Ebay and found none of the changes I made were changed. The sale price was still the same. So I went back into my ebay account and found that I could not make the changes anymore, it would not let me change anything. I called Ebay (or should I say the Philippines) and got some guy that could not even speak english or I think that is where I live. I wonder who they call for help. I explained to over 11 people for the next 6 hours and no help. Things went on and on and going nowhere. So by now the ad ended and no sale.

So I thought the next best thing I would send the high bidder a second chance offer and sell it "WRONG" I tried and again I was not able to get into my account. I worked with these people for another 4 hours and got cut off 5 times they say and had to explain my story almost 17 times each time they switched me, if I didn't get cut off and then I had to start all over. I had people telling me outrageous everything buy it was an Ebay problem. Starting at 11 AM est, it is now 8:53 PM and I just got to send a second chance offer to the guy through an Ebay guy in the Philippines CAN YOU BEAT THAT.

Ebay not only screwed up my sale but i am sure they lost my second chance buyer and now I don't have the needed money for my little guy. I am sure Ebay will say they are sorry but that does not get it, I am sure they will want there money and close my account if they don't get it. It is hell that a company has so much pull over the average american and our money is going to support the Phillines. Call 1-866-540-3229, and voice your concern HELP my little guy out, PLEASE I am begging you to do this for him. Ebay grows and so does the TUMOR in my little guy, it sucks.

Purchased land on EBAY thinking I was safe and protected only to be screwed over and get nothing. These people offer lies and nothing more. I checked to see if they owned the deed and they do, but after paying I got excuses one after another saying it was on its way. Andrew or Adrian Vilcnskas and his mother Liudvika are con artist that take advantage of the trust of others to fill their pockets. They have no soul or emapthy and will screw over anyone. I am a hard working mother taking care of a 2 year old and a ill husband that has cancer. These people stole our savings without thought. It has been one month and no DEED or anything to show it was sent to the recorder. And advice or help would be awesome or if you have been a victom please let me know. I am going to go after these people with everything I got and persue them with the full extent of the law. I will never buy land on the net esp EBAY they are just as much at fault not offering any kind of back groudn checks on their sellers and allow them to use EBAY as a tool to rip people off.

TLC US, LLC andrius vilcinskas, Jura Vilcinskas, Jura L Vilcinskas, Liudvika Vilcinskas Sold me land on ebay, after I paid they kept the money and never gave me the deed to the land. I got numerous excuses of why he didnt have it. Also told it was on its way for almost a month. Ebay does not cover land on there return policies so I am screwed. I have more then enough evidence to show I paid and got nothing in return. His mother and him work out of Michigan now selling ghetto homes that are trash. They also bid on there own properties to get you for all they can. I even plead for the money or my land deed telling them about my husbands health problems and being the only provider of him and a 2 year old. He laughed at me and has no empathy. These people are animals of the worst kind and are here on earth to only cause pain and suffering so they can drive nice cars and live off our hard earned money. They show proof of the best kind like they own the land ect... But when it comes to transferring deeds they just keep your money and laugh.

EBAY BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM: "YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED!!"

I recently bought an item from an Ebay seller. I receieved the item. But the item was difected and did not work. I was not worried since the item was unter ebay buyer protection program. So, I was confident when I shipp the item back to the seller, I would get my refund. I emailed ebay saying that the item did not work and I wanted to ship it back to the seller. They asked me to ship it back which I did right away. But I never got the refund from the seller. So, This time I called Ebay customer service and I explainded my situation. After they kept me wait on the phone for about an hour, they told me I was no longer protected since the purchase date was older than 30 days. Regardless, I cantacted ebay and returned the item right after I received the defected item. I waited a month for the seller to refund my money. So, I was the one to be punished for that.

DON'T GET FOOLED BY THE FANCY WORDS (EBAY BUYER PROTECTION PROGRAM)

YOU ARE NOT PROTECTED !!!

6 years ago, I listed some items for sale and they were paid to me through PalPal. I let the money sit in there til EBay pulled out their charge. Then I pulled the rest of the money out. 6 years later I went to EBay to look for a few things and they informed me that my account has been blocked. I called Ebay and they tell me that PayPal reversed the charges afterwards so the original 15.00 is now up to 34.00 I paid this once and thought all is well... Never got a message from EBay that there was a problem. I know that they had my address because since I did not know my phone number from back then, they searched my name based on my MAILING ADDRESS. This is when I was informed that I owe this 34.00. Never got an email, a letter, or any other mailing to inform me of this issue. This 15 dollars grew to 34.00 by charging a NSF which as far as I knew, it was paid for already. Maybe that is why they never sent me a mailing, they knew that they were SCAMMING me forr a second charge. I am not sure that PayPal poaid them andnever reversed the charges. I am told that if I have proof, that then I can get the charges reversed. I'm confussed why the burden is up to me... but then since PayPal and EBAY are under the same roof, why do they no show proof to me? I guess EBay thought it would be easy to be a scammer like the others to double their profits.

Thanks EBay for not allowing me to use your service. I have no problem with that. I'm so glad that I don't fall to your scam and alert others about YOUr SCREW UP. I will visit Oodle and Craigslist before ever looking to your lame site.

There should be a better way to screw over the people at EBay for the screwing they are doing to me.....

I just sold iphone 5 on ebay and I check and double check before carefully shipping it out. THe buyer later report the phone does not powered on. He quoted imei to me in the email with raise my suspicion. I figure if the internal were swap then surely there is no way I can verify if the returned phone was indeed mine imei # or not. Call Ebay, she told me ebay does not protect buyer from fraudulent return. What the f***, you protected the buyer by refunding the money back but if I some how could confirmed that the phone was indeed not mine, I can't do a d**n thing. That is the last time I will be using ebay to sell my stuff. Curses them, they will if my pray are answer going out of business in two years. Mark my word!!!! PS: This is not the first time either, something similar happen in almost the same way. Seller need protection too!!

I got started with this company through Ebay, i just bought a simple automotive part and didnt think too much about it. My experiences on Ebay are usually good but this company ruined that! First of all their shipping information gives a month gap of when they deliver. Needless to say this was not even close to accurate. It is currently 1 month after that original month gap they promised it would be shipped within.

I asked them for a refund numerous times with the same reply saying yes we will refund your money but first can you wait 3 more days to confirm it doesn't get delivered. Well no use and wasted my time with no results. I contacted Ebay and they said they cant do anything. I have still no received this item even though the company claims it was delivered 5 days ago.. absolutely was not! So from here i am out my entire payment and shipping cost with nothing to show for it. Stay away from this company unless you like giving your money away!

We had a motherboard repaired for a client through this eBay seller. Later, we had to send the motherboard back for warranty repair. The servicer told us it had to have the chip replaced. They charged extra fo this. Did not hear from them for awhile and followed up. Seemed like they had forgotten to fix the board. I received the board a few days later. Once we installed in the laptop we found it was doing the exact same thing as when we sent the item to the servicer. When I contacted the servicer to get the issue solved he was rude and practically called me a liar. He told me they fixed the board and tested it. I removed the board from the laptop and took a close look it. I could not see where the chip had been replaced. In fact, the board appeared to be in perfect factory condition. In conclusion, I believe that the servicer NEVER completed the work he claimed and charge us for. He refused to refund payment. After going through Paypal, Paypal concluded that the servicer was at fault and refunded our money. The down and dirty of it all was the rude and unprofessional manner in which he conducts his business on top of the fact that he charged us for work that he did not perform. As far as I cam concerned that is fraud and stealing.

eBay charges a listing fee now and you pay this even if the item is returned. I recently sold my sons used wrestlers on eBay and was charge a $13 listing fee. I listed them as used and as my sons toy wrestlers, with no returns listed on the ad. The customer however has asked to return them because they are not in meant condition even though this was noted and eBay has agreed. The return will be at my expense so an additional $20 for shipping. So I'm out $33 so far. I know it's not much money but I'm a principles person. The story gets worse they even informed me after asked that there isn’t any guarantee they I will receive all wrestlers back in the box but as long as he sends some back with tracking he's covered.

So my 8 yr old son may in fact lose some of his wrestlers he wished to sell for some extra cash and I'm out $33. To top it all off eBay's customers service is now all out sourced to other countries with poor a idea of what good customer service is.

Anyway eBay is now off my list of services I use for life and I will continue to voice negativty towards the company at all social opportunites that I feel the conversation is relevant.

The message said if I chose to pay by the EBAY card, i'd be credited $30.00 towards this purchase. I appl EBAY $30.00 MASTERCARD CREDIT OFFER SCAM UNKNOWN

EBAY offered me a mastercard with a $30.00 credit towards any purchase through March 30th 2015, while I was shopping on EBAY for a dog collar. I applied and I was approved instantly online. Then when I asked to make my purchase o this new card, i was asked to wait till the card arrived. The card arrived weeks later, leaving me just two weeks to see about my purchase. so when I tried to purchase the said dog collar, i was declined, not once or twice but constantly. I called PAYPAL that the card was linked to with a phone number, than I got transferred to EBAY, which bounced me back on PAYPAL again, saying the card may not've been good for that particular purchase, but it is good.

At last i found out the said EBAY MASTERCARD was not good toward any purchase!

I wonder if the card would be good after March the 30th, when the $30.00 promotion is ended, but do I realy want to use that card again!

I feel i got the shaft from ebay and now have none of my 6000 products listed with you. I had some minor issues with my 3rd party integration service which allowed us to sell a few orders of products that were out of stock. No one at ebay seemed to care and with the newer extreme seller metrics ebay first cut my listings in half then cut to zero. I had an anchor store with ebay so you lost my business as i closed the anchor store as there was no use keeping it with no products. I kept receiving emails that if i paid the the $411 pre-cancellation fee my account would be reinstated. That was an outright lie for after i paid i was told that i was banned from selling and get this one...banned from buying from ebay as well. In my book ebay sure does not know how to treat a good seller for i have been with Amazon for 15 years and for that period have a 93% overall seller rating there. What is going on over at ebay i wonder? I am sure i am not the only very dissatisfied ebay seller because of your strong-arm seller metrics implementation.

I can't well believe what I am reading here. I had dealings with this guy on ebay username electoliteliteforlife. I asked him a few basic questions before purchasing a rare trial Royal Doulton Colourway he was selling. After his response I knew some of his answers were just not true, so I contacted several experts. Every last one told me it was fake. So being polite I declined to buy and let this guy know I could not buy it and to let him know that he has purchased a fake item just to warn him. The insults I got after I let him know I have never come across even on ebay. A top rated seller I might add. Then I looked a little further. When I first wrote to him on ebay I asked him that he had purchased this item from several usernames I know in the UK who have been repainting and faking Royal Doulton items for years. He responded no, he had never even heard of these sellers. So what do I find, a month or so back he purchased it from one of these sellers.

A terrible service and a terrible seller. Here are copies of his emails to me with the bad language blocked out. He knows very well what he is selling and does not have a problem with it. These are a few of the emails I got from him when I politely asked him to leave me alone and never contact me again.

I purchased 11.9 grams 10k gold from shari.a on Jun 28 2014 from ebay. There were some fine chain pieces that made up a significant portion of the gold bought.

After approx. 6 months I tested the gold the chain gold was not good. I did suspect this when received but trusted that based on shari.a feedback score and ratings. The gold would have been good.

I contacted the seller thru ebay and expressed my concern. Shari,a promised a full refund. Requested and had me ship back the items at an additional costs to me and then refused to refund as agreed the full amount plus my additional shipping costs despite giving all order and purchase records available.

I tried to settle thru ebay and Paypal. But advise I should try a resolve with seller directly. However this seller was dishonest and went back on their word.

I purchased 7.0 grams 10k gold from kathysheirlooms on Jun 30 2014 from ebay. There were 2 large earrings that made up most of the gold.

After approx. 6 months I tested the gold the earring gold was not good. I did suspect this when received but trusted that based on kathysheirlooms feedback score and ratings. The gold would have been good.

I contacted the seller thru ebay and expressed my concern. Kathysheirlooms requested I send back the earrings & that portion will be refunded, after they are weighed. I then requested the shipping send to contact name and shipping address. But this seller did'nt want to give info indicating I have to get it thru ebay and Paypal.

I contacted ebay and Paypal. But advise I should try a resolve with seller directly. However this seller kept giving me the runaround finally telling me to open a claim knowing fully well it cannot be done due to ebay and Paypal policies.

DO NOT BUY FROM EBAYER ID: MILLIONSHARE

I made a huge mistake by not reading the 100's of NEGATIVE reviews given this business by Ebay buyers. Amzingly enough Ebay continues to allow them to Rip Off its honest customers!

This company has a history of using deceptive business practices on Ebay. Items are shipped EXTREMELY SLOW, usually at best a month or more to receive. Items are sent incomplete and broken and you may receive a completely EMPTY BOX like I did!

Ebay ID: MILLIONSHARE should be considered the WORST of the WORST Ebay has to offer!

They make no effort to correct their transaction! It is obviously their intention to take advantage of the situation by their being in China and US buyers have no retribution against them and sadly enough EBAY ALLOWS THEM TO CONTINUE SELLING ON THEIR WEBSITE!

Shame on you EBAY for NOT Better Protecting your customers!

Surely Ebay is aware of the 100's of NEGATIVE REVIEWS?

Vintage Kenwood stereo was shipped in perfect working order. Fedex #772810343116 fully insured with signature required. Signed for by T. Buncombe on 2/12/15 @ 12:33pm with no comments (of damage). P/P Claim filed 2/18 (6 days after delivery) with no prior contact from buyer.

Buyer has stated "item not as described", and "doesn't work" with no specific details. He has not supplied pictures of any damage to shipping box or stereo itself. I am original owner of this vintage stereo and it had zero issues when shipped. If there was damage incurred during shipping, the buyer needs to clarify in detail exactly what is "damaged" and provide pictures of any damage to shipping box and the stereo itself, and save all packaging also so there can be a claim filed with fedex.

Email to Ebay;

Please, for the Ebay Community's safety, this transaction needs to be documented and buyer banned from the site.

This claim was decided in Buyers favor on 2/26/15 which is unconscionable, unethical, amoral, immoral, unprincipled, indefensible, unforgivable and wrong. I shipped a vintage Kenwood stereo to him in Maryland, fully insured with adult signature required. The buyer (2 feedback) signed for the package himself, he made no mention of any damage to box. He waited 6 days before filing a P/P claim without first contacting me (to date he has not made contact).

He also refuses to take pictures of the "damaged stereo" or shipping materials which is Fedex's minimum requirement for paying a claim. I spoke with a Fedex Rep for all the specific requirements, if buyer refuses to supply pictures or allow inspection, I don't get reimbursed.

Basically, I've been robbed, 1st by the buyer and now it seems by Paypal for making such a ludicrous decision.

A vintage electronic stereo that was insured, signed for when delivered, but a claim not initiated

for 6 days, along with buyer having 2 feedback (I've been on Ebay for 12 years), refuses to cooperate and take pictures or allow Fedex to inspect item or packaging is clearly not above board nor even close to being reasonable, but nonetheless PayPal decides in his favor.

It's clear to me what is transpiring here, blatant theft and sadly the PayPal Support Team is

supporting this activity.

Please help me in any way you can.

Signed

I have done several dollars business on Ebay, but, apparently,

now, EBAY has chosen to to abandon this buyer, me, because

it suits their agenda, somehow.

I purchased a software product from their registered seller,

"littlecomputerhelper", who, in reality, is a scam thief named

DERRICK LITTLE, who, accordng to eBAY's own records,

has an apparent fake, fraud, and phony business that Little

calls, "AndroidNu ", whoever that is, where ever in Saint Louis,

Missouri, this man is located.

This man wants to steal my money, by embezzlement, and I am

just not going to allow it to happen.

EBAY will not get involved in this theft of my funds, even

though they have provided the platform for this phony

transaction. WHY ?????? WHY ???

EBAY has the entire history of this transaction and theft. They can

plainly see, that DERRICK LITTLE intended to scam me.

I purchased a Linux software disk on EBAY form this DERRICK LITTLE

individual under the username "littlecomputerhelper", and he

refused, thus far, to deliver my purchase, and equally important,

DERRICK LITTLE REFUSES TO ANSWER THE e-MAILS I sent him,

about his keeping my money, and his refusal to send my the

merchdise that I paid for !!!!!

It's one thing to be scammed....it's wnother thing to have a

MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR ORGANIZATION give the thief an assist

with the rape of my money, through embezzlenent.

EBAY should be corecting this situation.

Not enouraging these embezzlers, through inaction.

Thanks.

I had sold an Authentic Micheal Kors watch And the buyer had it for almost a week and then said she wanted her money back that it wasn't real. eBay said I had to give her money back after having for a week. If she wasn't happy with the watch she should of returnEd the watch as soon as she received the watch. eBay said that they had paid the funds to her. Didn't give me a chance to despute the claim of the watch. And fight for my rights of the watch and how it was handle. They tell me that I have to give them 112$ to them and threaten me everyday that they are going to take legal actions on me if this isn't paid to them. I've been with EBay and just have bought items. They had a promotion for free selling of merchandis, so I put the watch up for sale, they are also trying to get money from that as well to pay fees for selling when it was free listings and selling. This is not fair how they went about this whole thing.

I'm not working due from a car accident and I don't have money to pay something that shouldn't of been paid anyway without giving me a chance to despite the sale of my watch with this girl. I don't like being threatened every single day by this company.

I opened an eBay store yesterday, I also downloaded Turbo Lister. I used to sell on eBay about 3 years ago and did very well. Yesterday I started uploading items to my store and I stumbled upon many issues. When I edit or list items on my turbo lister, they would either not get into my store, or they would not be edited. I worked for 1 whole day trying to fix these issues. for 11 items. I would get 1 of the missing items into the store (by ending it, redoing it and getting charged again) then another item would be missing from my store. Maybe a coincidence, but this was one of the most expensive items that I had which was available in 2 sizes (quantity 2) . Turbo Lister kept freezing up and crashing, and my store played musical items in which one would disappear or be wrong next. Items that showed in my inventory were NOT in my store and there was NO way to get them there. I would edit, save changes on the site and the next time I looked it was wrong (AGAIN).

I ended up SO frustrated that I decided I couldn't do this for another day and I closed it all. Now I am being charged $200.00 for ending early! Not a bad haul for eBay, 200.00 form a seller in 1 day. I used to sell there and LOVED it. Now nothing works the way it is supposed to and it seems your store gets jerked around before you can even get 15 items in it. When I think of the hours that I put into that yesterdaym and the frustration and now my hard earned money going down the drain. I have this to say: never again! I will NEVER use eBay for selling again. This is a total ripoff that I paid for a service that was so screwed up, and now because it's nonfunctioning, I have to pay even more

So, if you're thinking about selling on eBay DON'T you will regret it!

Alex Zagoriy offered a Vacheron Constantin 42015 watch @$8,900. I countered with $8,500. He came back with a offer of $8,800 which I immediately accepted and asked for bank details. A few hours later, he was asking to hold payment as the watch is supposedly on hold till next day. The following day, he said the watch is sold and ask if I wanted a more expensive watch of another make and model. Obviously, the watch was sold at a higher price. Might as well put up an auction house. Unethical ebay shop!

Don't trust eBay to protect you against fraud! Their Money Back Guarantee is worthless. I bought a lens listed as Mint Condition but when I got it the focusing was messed up. I sent it to Canon service for a repair estimate of $550 which I sent to eBay - twice. They claim that they did not get it in the time required and denied the claim. Their appeal process said the decision was right so now I am stuck with the repair bill.

If at all possible buy on Amazon which stands behind their customers. If you have to buy on eBay Never buy from a listing that says no returns or anyone with less than 98% feedback.

This guy Mike Seidel is a ripoff artist. Full on thief. Ebay assisted thief and Ebay is dishonest, lying to their long time customers the way they do. I took a chance and tried to sell some very expensive men's shoes on ebay. This guy Mike Seidel buys them then turns around, says they're too small. I said I'd be glad to refund his money when I get my merchandise back. So he sends me an old pair of pants, shows to ebay a shipment was made and ebay refunds his money in full - without checking with me like they said they would do. They didn't even make an effort. Ebay just lets it go on and on and makes their money any way they can, forget your gut feeling employees, get that complaining seller off the phone as fast as possible - lie if necessary and move on to the next sucker. That's the Ebay experience I got by trying to sell on this forum.

I am a frequent & responsible buy on ebay, with excellent FB (100% positive) as a seller and buyer. My purchase from ebay seller bessky_star was the WORST experience I've ever had with a seller. After placing my order, I made immediate payment in full. Within minutes, the seller emailed me back to say they shipped the item (virtually impossible in that amount of time). Almost 5 weeks later, I received a package- with a completely different item than the one I ordered. Because I knew it was shipping from China, I fully expected it to take the maximum delivery time they give, & purposely ordered with time to spare, since I was buying it to wear to an event. The item did come before the event (but outside their maximum delivery time), but as previously mentioned, it was the wrong item. I understand people make mistakes. I was disappointed, as I knew they would not have been able to exchange it in time for the event, but I just planned to pick something else up, and return the shirt. I contacted the seller and let them know they sent the wrong item. I told them I was willing to accept an exchange for the right item, or a refund, but they refused to refund the item in full. They then suggested that I keep the wrong item and “give it to a friend”, and then they would sell me the item I ordered- at a discount. In other words, they wanted me to pay for an item I didn't order, and then pay them some more money, and for shipping, for right one.

I was floored. I didn't buy what they sent, and I didn't need to gift someone anything. I ordered item A, paid it promptly and received item B. If you order a steak at a restaurant, and the server comes back with chicken, would the waiter say “oh, well, sorry, but you have to pay for the chicken, and then pay me even more to buy the steak at half price. And if you don't like chicken you didn't order, you can just, you know, give it away.”? OF COURSE NOT. They'd never have repeat customers if they did. They sent the wrong item out- and whether it was the fault of the server, the chef, or the manager doesn't matter- the bottom line is, the restaurant made the mistake. Any restaurant worth their salt would apologize, send out the steak you ordered in the first place, and probably comp your meal on top of it to apologize for the inconvenience. That's how you build trust in your customers- because mistakes do happen. The real factor that determines a business's ethics is not making an occasional mistake, but how they remedy said mistake. bessky_star of ebay did not remedy their mistake.

At the time I ordered, they had decent feedback- but now I've gone to their actual feedback page, only to discover they'd done this to over 490+ other buyers. While 490 of several thousand seems a small number, the issue is that those 490 negatives WERE ALL LEFT FOR THE EXACT SAME REASON- the seller pulled a bait and switch. PLEASE do not buy from this seller. When I tried to open a claim with Paypal after the seller refused to fix things, I was told I couldn't, bc it had been more than 30 days- but in reality, I'd only had the item in my hands for about 2 weeks. So sometimes, even ebay can't protect you- that $ back guarantee is not always guaranteed, because bad sellers manage to find loopholes. When you buy on ebay, even if the seller has a good feedback percentage, READ THE NEGATIVE ONES!!! If they're a handful of common but understandable mistakes, then it's probably not a big thing- but if all the negative feedback is over the same bad seller behaviors- like sending wrong items- then DONT BUY from them. bessky_star of ebay is a complete scammer. Don't give them your hard earned money, because you won't get it back, and you probably won't get what you ordered.

The only thing that I did wrong, according to George9785 an Ebay stalker, is that I bought an Alan Shepard letter for about twenty dollars.

I have received literally hundreds of emails for GEORGE9785 aka George Boulos , an IBM SALESMAN from Canada BC . He has used foul language and threats because he feels that my buying the Alan Shepard letter was wrong because it was signed by a secretary (I Don't Care), I liked it and it was about $ 23.00 with shipping. I fail to see how this was any of GEORGE BOULOS' business or even how he tracked me down. He is most unstable and swings from demanding that I return the letter to the original seller to offering to take the letter off my hands. The answer is NO and I told him to leave me alone.

I have never met Mr. George Boulos, a salesman for IBM Phone Communications of Canada BC and I truly wish he would stop sending me email.

I purchased a Heart rate monitor from an Ebay seller. After three weeks I contacted the seller to get a trace because I had not received the item. Come to find out they had sent a $350.00 item through Canada post without having me sign for it. So item is now missing I contacted Ebay and got the run around, rather than contacting the postal inspector they wanted me to contact a internet reporting service for a postal issue? After spending 3 days approximately 24 hours on the phone later, I find out I am out my money and I had to deal with rude third world idiots. NEVER buy anything from this scam compnay website.

Do not trust this seller. He sells out-of-date, discontinued items. But.... He never discloses this fact. He hopes you will buy these almost worthless, obsolete items by mistake.

The.... he refuses any accommodation. I was willing to sell back at a huge loss. But he refused any price. Basically, showing that the items are totally worthless.

In addition, the item was damaged. It did not even turn on!

Run. Don't walk from this unscrupulous eBay merchant.

I purchased a office chair from Ozline Shopping from their site on ebay. The chair took a while to arrive and when it did, the state of the box when it arrived was like it had been in a dog fight.Aus Post had to re seal the box.The chair had scratch marks on the arm rest and also a hole on the the arm rest. The chair was for a present and when I ask to get another arm rest to replace the damaged one, there response was they'll give me a 5% discount or they said for me to try patch it up or just stick it with heavy duty similar coloured masking tape. I bought a wind turbine kit from MissouriWind on Ebay. They have a good sales pitch. Everything will last for 30 years or more. Lifetime warranty on blades. etc... However, as stated in ad, nothing if covered if they decide it was the fault of the customer. So when my hose clamp failed, lock washer for the blade hub broke. It was my fault not thier great product! LOL. Of course, the washer was a generic rusty lock washer, and the new replacement washer was a shinny high strength washer. In my opinion, they know the washer they originaly send out was bad and needed to be upgraded.

As for the hose clamp used to hold the unit from slipping off the pole. They still claim "if installed right, it never fails." I don't think you can install it in a wrong way. In my opinoin they use the "if installed right" just to deny any responsibility to a bad design.

Now I am dealing with them over a bad rectifier, so far it don't look like it is thier bad product, but something I did to it. LOL

I purchased all new lighting for my truck. One of the tailights came with a blinking glitch. They made me purchase a new set and then pay the shipping back to them. I did this and within a few weeks noticed the new replacement is holding moisture. They will not replace it because my original purchase is over 30 days old. The first one was bad and now the second instantly. the only reason it's over 30 days old is because it takes them forever to ship things to you so it is their fault but the order is over 30 days old and a light should not gather condensation.

eBay is a multi billion dollar monster whose mission it is to create a steady stream of cash, irregardless of the pain and anguish they inflict on innocent sellers. Recently, a woman fromTriangle, Virginia made up a completely false complaint and filed it with eBay. EBay, with no investigation whatsoever, gave this woman her money back and allowed her to keep my merchandise. It gets even colder. This woman used diversionary tactics to place a false negative feedback against me. I returned the favor, but within 24 hours, eBay removed my negative feedback from her account, and refused to return my emails and calls. What the heck is going on here? Is this person, who uses the eBay name teekagirl even a real person, or simply an organized crime racket operating under the secret approval of eBay. How many people have had their merchandise stolen in a similar scenerio? Be careful with eBay...something fishy I'd going on. Let the seller beware!
