On May, 12 I ordered an expensive belt from him on ebay

ebay.com/itm/231227299433?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1497.l2649 and paid for it right away. His add stated that I will receive it within 6-9 days. I ordered it as a gift and expected to receive it withing 6-9 days.

Well, he shipped it only on May, 21st tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction?qtc_tLabels1=9400109699939925745253 Ok, I didn't complain. I started waiting. Then, on May, 28th the package got refused by post office (due to incorrect postage, I have all legal document proving that). I sent an email to Brent Sokolowski asking to refund money, because at that point this "gift" was already too late.No responce.

On June, 2nd he received it back. I emailed him again asking for refund. No responce.

I had to open a case on ebay that "item hasn't been received". The guy replied (finally!) that he will ship it to me (although I asked a couple times to refund money) and that it was returned due incorrect address (what a liar). In a couple days ebay closes the case without refunding money, cause "I refused the package" (at 7.07 am?? at the same time when the package was processed iat the post office?) and I am not eligeble for buyers protection (from such thiefs.. nice job ebay!). Although even Brent Sokolowski admints in his messages that he knows that this wasn't me who refused the package.

So ebay didn't even read all detailes to my case (again, nice job ebay!). Obviously the guy never shiped the belt. So now, he has that beld and my $150+.

I've filed an appeal on ebay, they asked to provide legal documents from post office to prove that this is not me who refused the package (this is how I got all documents) and now I am waiting for their decision. But I wanted to warn other people about this thief. Unfortunately ebay didn't let me do leave bad feedback cause the case was closed.

Somehow I will get my money back. I just want to warn other people not to deal with Brent M Sokolowski neither online, nor in person. And watch out for your money!

I will be happy to provide all legal documents I have on this case.

Basically he is selling T-Mobile sim cards on ebay that he advertises as 4G capable. Well I take them to the store and they tell me they are the older non-4G capable cards.

I contact the seller and ask if there is anything he can do since the cards are not as advertised. He tells me I can send the cards back and I would be given a full refund. I send the cards back in the mail as he requested. Two weeks or more go by and I have not heard anything from the seller. I contact him and ask him to check if he misplaced the cards somewhere when he gets a chance.

Another 2 weeks go by. I tell him if he does not refund the money by Saturday I will have to leave bad feedback. So that's what I'm doing now. Hopefully this will help at least one person avoid problems like I experienced with this seller.

I have been selling on eBay for 11 years and haven't had any issues until recently. All I did was call eBay to ask if it would be okay if I opened a 2nd store and the representative I talked to told me she didn't see an issue with that. So I opened my 2nd store and I had to call to have another rep finish setting it up for me (don't know why, but that's what the site made me do).

When I finally got a hold of someone, she looked over my account and told me she didn't have a choice but to suspend me for life because I have other accounts open and with so many accounts it sends up a red flag as being a bad seller. I told her I didn't have any other accounts and she said they all have my name attached to them with my address. I assured her that they weren't mine, but she insisted that it was me.

I didn't do anything wrong, all I wanted to do was have one account to sell books under my main account and my 2nd store was going to be all brand new products. When I explained my plan she stood by her word and said that all of my accounts would be suspended indefinitely and in a rude voice she said I was welcome to try Amazon. I told her whatever, Amazon is more expensive than eBay, I got rude right back telling her thank you so much for ruining my extra income that I use to put food on the table for my family, which I will no longer be able to do. She apologized, but didn't seem real and I just told her to have a nice life and I'll see her in hell and I hung up.

A few days later I got an email that a dispute was opened up from a buyer. The buyer said she wanted a refund because she found a better price online. I told her she could get a refund if she sent the item back. I contacted eBay to make sure this was going to go smoothly and make sure I was going to be protected. When I got the item back, the buyer had actually sent me the same item, but it wasn't the one I sent her. She sent me the one she found somewhere else for a better price. I called eBay and explained to them about the situation and they said that buyers can't do that, but because I've been suspended, they have no choice but to refund the buyer and that I will have to try and sell the item I received to get the money back.

Since they refunded her, my PayPal account became -$45 and 2 days later I got a call from eBay demanding I pay them the $45 back. I told the guy that I didn't have the money because she sent me a different item than what I shipped out and she was refunded anyway. He asked for an explanation and when I was finished he told me he didn't see anything wrong with that. I told him that it was fraud and is against the law to return something that was never in your possession to get a refund. And it's equivelent to shopping on Target.com and finding a better price at Kmart.com and telling Target you want a refund and you purchase from Kmart.com and have it sent to Target.com. Not only would they refuse to refund you, but they would probably take you to court for fraud and everything else. He defended the buyer saying it was perfectly acceptable and I told him my lawyer would beg to differ.

Needless to say, I'm looking for a lawyer to file a lawsuit against the buyer along with ebay for emotional distress and other pain and suffering they have caused me.

Ebay has nothing butl a__holes working for them!!! A seller sent the wrong size -- eBay had NO proof they did not send the wrong -- other than to the seller's word for it and call me a liar. I have had numerous bad dealings with EBAY lately. Their being hacked last week may be partly responsible. One specific issue I saw is a discrepancy of 5 to 10 minutes in the difference the auction closes and the clock which the online bidders can be seen ( by clicking on the " Bids " number under the item one is bidding on. )

I have lost several great deals as well as been " gifted " lousy deals in cases which the final total said " Sorry you did not win this item ". A couple hours later, my purchasing details section shows I owe the seller for an item I never would have bid as much as the final number suggested.

It is only my opinion, but it does not take an Einstein to realize thetens of mmillions of dolars which could be made bysimple manipulation of these clocks. Simulcast horseracing has been using this method for years. Knowing the final outcome before the " official " runs out can be very lucrative with only a few players knowing.

I have also had problems with bait and switch tricks. There can in no waybe a" brand new watch" sold and not come in an official company box - i.e. an Invicta hinged yellow rubberized container. The return policy for EBay is to return the product in the exact shape it arrived in. Have you tried using that plastic wrap that sticks like epoxy ? My lastpurchase involved a subaquanoma V that had an MSRP sticker of $4,995, and it came in an Invicta cardboard box with no hinged Reserve box cradling my expensive piece. The tachymeter hand arrived set on the 5 second mark.

But the seller said it was brand new - never been worn ! Now I am being hassled daily to pay for a watch that cost 50% less on three different internet sites and my status update said I lost that auction. EBay tries to blame the sellers for all the problems, but simple quality control would solve their problems. What ever hasppened to the anti-trust laws which were supoosed to prevent rip-offs ? And try reaching EBAY directly !

Be aware of Ebay seller patrickbetts as he is a scammer. I purchased a HP laptop back on 1- 25-14. I have not received the laptop nor a refund from this pro con. At first I received e-mails back but the past fifty or more requesting a refund or the laptop have been ignored. It is supprising to me that a scammer can have a 100% feedback when he ripps off people. There should be such a thing as jail time for pro conns like him.
