The VPP on ebay is nothing but a scam. the vehicle purchase protection is a joke and its time we stand up to this

if our polititian aren't going to help us then maybe we should take it in our own hands.
ebay's VPP states that if there is a 5000 mile discrepancy on a vihicle that you purchase then it will be reemburised. the truck that i paid in full, but never recieved or signed a title for had 262,000 miles on it, when the ad said it had 200,000 miles on it
a little more then 5,000 mile discrepancy, but for over a week all i've been given is the run around. have spoke 9 customer service people and 4 said i was covered and the other 5 pushed me off to someone else. and last Lynette ( even if thats her real name) emailed me and said that she can not call and talk to me because they don't have phone support yet, even though i've talked to 9 people from there. she then continued to say I was not covered because i gave the truck back to the owner, even though i told her i never recieved it or had it . I'm cutting this extremely short but if anyone one has had a similar situation with ebay's VPP please contact me so we can start a class action law suit. I am not gonna STOP until justice is done.
I bought a 5 in 1 Wireless Mini Travel Router Wi-Fi 3G Storage 5200mAh USB 2.0 and it didn´t work so I send it back to Tomtop registered. I have the post receipt and receipt for delivery from post office which he has received the item more than two month ago. I have the document from posting. The seller and I agreed on post cost too which. I have sent a copy of the copies of the documents to him. He denies receiving the item and just simply refuses to pay back the money.

This guy is pretending to be Glenn Danzig’s son and is using the Danzig name in order to help give him credibility. The only problem is that Glenn Danzig has no son!!!! So who is this Jeff Danzig?? Autograph collectors know of him, but their impression has been that he is just using the Danzig name to profit. It has also been shown that many bad items are coming from this source. Rocknroll_hell was shown as clear of proof as you will ever see when you are dealing with autographs that these items weren’t good
I purchased bubble mailers from expertshippers on Ebay. They shipped using Fedex. Fedex said they delivered to my home. I was home all day that day no package delivery. I called Fedex they said they would investigate and call within 48 hrs.
48 hours came and went with no call from Fedex. I finally called them. They told me to contact shipper Expert shipper Ebay] for lost or stolen package procedures. I then contact expertshipper and explain what Fedex said and provide case # from Fedex. No response for over 2 days. So I contact them again and ask if he could please let me know what was going on because I really needed these packages for my business. Yet another 2 days pass and I receive the first delivery confirmation I had already seen saying it was delivered to my house but also added check my community.
I now ask Ebay to help. They automatically side with expertshipper because of the fake delivery confirmation. I am out my packages and my dollars. The reason I feel angry towards this seller is he did not have the decency to contact me or lift a finger to help.
I left a negative feedback which Ebay removed because they sided with him. At a rate of about 4 negatives a month for Expertshipper and who knows how many Ebay has removed for him. What would his actual rating be???
So much for Ebays Money back guarantee. Beware if the delivery company lies and says they delivered your package you will be out. Thousands of Fedex reviews can not be wrong.
