This company is a rip-off, they bill your credit card before the merchandise ships. They held my money including shipping charges for over a month. They claim to have a large warehouse filled with merchandise and that you will receive it promptly. That is a big fat lie! What they do have is the excuse business down to a science. They give you excuses, well it has to be built upon request from the factory which can take 2-3 weeks, then shipped which can take another 2-3 weeks. This after they would reach out to the factory so they said and would get a prepared date which continuously got pushed back week after week I told them at the 6th week mark to cancel and credit my immediately. When they credited my account, they conveniently forgot to add the prepaid shipping cost that was billed to my account even though the item had not shipped. They list the order as complete in their system and online even when the customer does not have the merchandise. They are liars who will hold your money and not deliver the merchandise. I would stay far away from them!! Unless you have the patience of Job, then go ahead and give them your money on loan. This company is trouble!
