Product came in with in a few days, took the poles down replaced the top with ease and now can go out and enjoy the water and get up out of the sun when we need too.. I supplied them with photos and emails and they strung me along to finally tell me after 3 weeks of putting me off that" if your boat is new use of the cover within the first four weeks is not recommeneded. When the boat is new it can release gases will will cause the dyes in the boat covers to transfer to the boat potentially staining the boat.
At no time did they ever ask what year my boat is or give me any inclination that was their defense.
FUNNY THING IS MY BOAT IS 27 YEARS OLD.
THEY ARE LACKING ANY INTEGRITY OR RESPECT FOR THE CONSUMER. THEY ARE INSULTING AND THINK THE AMERICAN CONSUMER IS LACKING ANY INTELLIGENCE. NO CONFIDENCE IN WHAT THEY SELL AND ARE PRACTIONERS OF FRAUD AND DECEPTION.
