I ordered 2 Shower pans for a new house we are building. I found a better price and cancelled my order the very next day. It has been month now and have yet to receive a refund. After reading many reviews on eFaucets.com also known as eImprovement.com LLC I am realizing I may never see the money back. I have called many times and waited for hours to get customer service. Once in awhile I would get a supervisor who would tell me that I would be receiving a refund in 24 hours...Ha ! This has happened more than a few times. I understand also that they also fine you heavily on restock. I think my money is gone. Never do business with them.
