I had a very bad experience with this company and owners! I bought a cavitation & radiofrequency machine like a year ago... When I bought it the owner of the company was very nice to me, he told me that if I had any issues with the machine, any questions I could contact him that he was willing to help in anything I needed, Including a training in how to properly use the machine, everything was perfect at first I was happy with my purchase!! Two weeks later I call him to schedule a training to operate the machine...Guess What?!...that Rude man told me he wasn't willing to do it!!! OK... I didn't freak out because it wasn't the first time I do that treatment and I got the manual plus 4 years of experience well...so...no Big deal now here comes the good part!
To make a long story short, the machine broke I don't know why!? Obviously I called right away and without asking the first thing they said is ooh you dropped it!! You broke it!!! We have nothing to do with this....so I decided to go in person to the warehouse to ask for an explanation! And see if they could fix the machine or exchange it. I walked in and a lady was sitting at the front (the owner's wife) she was very nice to me until I told her who I was and the reason of my visit. She told me that I dropped the machine that they had nothing to do with it and that I could leave the machine overnight ( I dint feel safe doing that of course...) so I said NO. She told me to exit her store!!! So I walked out and called a technician, the technician took a look and told me that the board was broken and it was a factory defect that I had to call the seller (of course he have no idea who the sellers are).
So I have a useless cavitation and radiofrequency machine till I am able to pay for a tech to fix it. Since I used my savings to buy the machine....I Paid $3000!
The purpose of my report is simple! I don't want innocent people like me to fall in the trap!
Horrible costumer service and horrible ethics. The least the could have done as a Corporation Is ask me to take the machine to the warehouse that they were going to take a look!!! And replace the broken part! I could be a satisfied costumer. Now I work for a Famous Medical Spa in Miami and they are opening a brand new location! Guess what they bought an approximate of $25.000 worth of machines...NOT From Elecctrika Corp. of course!!!!
DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE THAT I DID! And also all their machines and products come from China very bad quality!
