This company is a rip off. We signed up for their emailing services through www.eliteemail.com. They called us and talked us into sending out spam to a purchased database that they could provide. They were very pushing aboutt this. They said that they would have to do it through their other company that they operate and own called www.inboxconnect. They of course told us that they would have to charge us an additional $159 for a dedicated IP address to get our emails delivered. After spending thousands they were only able to get 40% of our emails delivered. We later verified that the IP address that they claim is dedicated was being shared by at least 13 others. Their staff accidentally told us that this has happened to other customers. We simply asked for a refund for one month and they refused and stop taking our calls. We even left messages for Robert Burko the owner and not one call back.
This company is a fraud and a spammer. They should be shut down. They are trying to tick everyone to thinking that they are all about permission email through elite email but then try to put their spam clients through inboxconnect.com which they own and control. They are breaking many email laws in Canada and will be put out of business once the authorities look into them.
