I went to this beauty,school,in feb,2014. I,told them i,want,to,go,PLATNIUM with dark tips. The,instructor,MS SHELBY, went,to the,back,and,mixed,the,product. Did,not,check,my hair,for,protein,etc. 5,hours,later my hair did not end up platnium. 2 weeks later it,was a dark yellow. I was charged almost $100 and this is a school.
I ended up going to a real redken salon where they,had to correct The bad mistakes the,school did. Ive had,to spend over 300.00 just,to get my,hair,how,its Supposed,to,look. Plus i was,informed i,did,not need all that Product that,i was,pushed into,buying,for another,$100. This school has no clue what they are doing. And,for,them,to be A redken school is a disgrace. A real,redken school would,know What they are doing Including,colors.
