Elmer Law, owner of Elmer's Tree Service, visited my home on 4/27/2015 at 2:30 pm (est time) and gave an estimate of tree services in the amount of $1650 to be preformed on 4/28/2015 as greed upon verbally in person and by telephone. I paid for these services on 4/27/2015 by check to Elmer Law, owner of Elmer's Tree Service in the amount of $1650. As of May 14, 2015 tree services have not been preformed and Elmer Law, owner of Elmer's tree daddy Tree Service has not returned my my numerous phone calls, voice mails, or text messages. The check I gave to Elmer Law, owner of Elmer's Tree Service, was cashed on 4/27/2015 at 3:37 pm at Bank of America on Preston and Beltline Rd in Dallas, TX. Elmer will not respond to my phone calls or text messages about this situation. Elmer repetitively created excuses the first few times he answered my phone calls stating that my trees had bugs and needed to be treated with chemicals at an additional cost. Elmer displays a caring attitude towards your trees in order to get you to trust him. He also creates stories about himself such as his dog was ran over and he had a horrible divorce to create feelings of sympathy for the man. Several excuses such as this were given as to why he had not preformed services paid for on 4//27/2015. Elmer fraudulently took my money and has not preformed services as of 5/27/2015.
