I purchased a car From EMG Auto Sales in avenel NJ the car wond up being a lemon i took it to BMW service after EMG Auto claimed they could not find a problem BMW service found $13993.00 in needed repair EMG claimed again nothing wrong took it to Contiental Extended warranty mechanic found same problem but denided my claim (thanks EMG Auto for selling me a $4000.00 policy that does nothing) after filing BBB complaint they agreed to repair what they claimed they could not find after 3 weeks the car was ready. picked up the car inpect at the lot engine making all types of noise and high and low idols for no reason EMG TECH says its fine, front passanger tire has two knife cuts, they claimed it is safe (all tire Mfg. should have deep knife cuts for saftey in the tires) took the car out engine light comes on and off three times third time it stood on tires are worm almost got into and accident had to get towed off highway say tires had 0 traction from being worn and unsafe.
I have a current out of pocket expense of $1700.00 so far which will go up with legal fees. I was called stupid and untrustworthy in front of customersat EMG auto had to call the police and file a report.
Car was advertised with 56,000 miles purchased with 66,000+ miles which was part of a bait and switch which i found out later was illegal, and after a little research they have a history of.
Stay away from EMG AUTO in avenel, NJ they sold me a completly lemon and i was told they were doing me a favor in repairing it.
