I was ripped off by Empire Financial and John Anderson. His company charged me an up front fee to do loan modification services. In my state, Ohio as in most that is illegal.
He has been doing this for a long time. Report him to Palm Desert Police department, the DA and the state of California department of consumer affairs.
I had another ""client"" of his that contacted me to join in litigation and a criminal complaint.

His Facebook name is Jtpt Anderson Burns and he is obviously trying to conceal his identity on social media by not using his actual name. I believe he and his wife share the Facebook account so you may have luck trying to contact him on there and hopefully she sees the message first. She has no clue that John is a con artist and she will most likely divorce him when she finds out the truth. This guy needs to pay and I hope he is arrested before he cons anyone else.

Empire has been taking money from me monthly for the past 10 months for a loan modification which he has not done anything and his number is disconnected. I have been trying to find other victims so I can turn this over to the District Attorneys office and any other agency I can think of.
