Hello Michelle Simmons of EMS Supply of Kearns, Utah sold me a filthy, DEFECTIVE, liquid oxygen portable T1000 system for $ 200.00. Upon reciept of unit it immediately failed. Was non reponsive about a replacement or refund. Only refunded money after contacting webmaster @ Dot med. I am dying and don't have time for this kind of horseplay. Warning stay as far away from Michelle Simmons and her EMS Supply company as possible. Very dis honest individual She claimed she bought them from a hospital and did not clean or check them so was not responsible yet, listed it on DOT MED as good condition. Ask yourself why a hospital would get rid of them?
Very dissapointed to say the very least. She is a terrible person and be careful with her false claims. I would highly reccomend running away from this individual and her alleged "company".
