Do not work here unless you like to think of it is as volunteer- you time, energy, gas, etc., because that's what it is if you have to haggle for due payment.
BUT
if you want/need to get paid right away go elsewhere, or if you had to document everything!!!!!
So far I have emailed and called them and no answer after I sent them all the details- dates, time, address, location, I worked in February, and April is still not paid.. My gf didnt get paid for work she did over six months ago. I wish this company goes out of business ASAP, pronto, if they continue this practice like this.
They get you set up quickly for jobs and you're all set, confirmed to work and on your way to location and it seems all smooth overall, and with a good leader, (though some can be a grumpy, angry grouch and shouldnt be working there, like Christine Flores. First job the staffing corodination, Dan Ranjit was a perfect and helpful. The second job I had Christine Flores and she was not nice. My friend who referred to me to Encore, also confirmed that she was a grouch too) and you would think they would be as fast printing your paycheck?
So I am not patiently waiting my check.... and be done with this company. their a*s printing that check now, once my ROReport goes live...
Bad Karma for you ENCORE management to do this to good people working their hearts out to represent your clients professionally and well and keep their pay from them.
