The vehicle had scratch in so many areas, they noted on diagram yet there contract noted no damages which I noticed when returning vehicle to mechanics for return to Enterprise. The mechanic did a walk around and said mostly these scratches were from car wash. The mechanic received a phone call about 20 minutes later at his shop that there were scratches on passenger side front rocker and the mgr. Would be contacting me reg a claim which he did and when checking with my insurance co., they had not put in a claim but I had to in order for them to check into this matter and also found that they debited my credit card for$500.00. I went to Enterprise to get a copy of all the paperwork but they say it's with corporate and I wanted to visually see this so called damage but the vehicle was being repaired. There absolutely was no damage to the vehicle while I had it, the mileage also would indicate that I hardly drove the car.. I also refused there additional ins coverage which they weren't to pleased with. I would never get a rental from Enterprise again if they don't rectify this scam be the Feasterville Enterprise.
