Lake Worth Scooters towed my scooter on April 1. It wouldn't start. The next day the owner, Junier told me he has the part needed and will have it ready at the end of the day, April 2. I go to pick it up but it's not ready. He says ""don't call me, I'll call you."" But he never called, and stopped answering his business phone. I finally got through on April 4, and and he said it would be ready at the end of the day. I paid $330 in the morning for all repairs and the tow so I could pick it up after hours. It wasn't ready. He doesn't have the part, so it should arrive on Friday, April 5. It didn't arrive, and no parts deliveries are received Saturday or Sunday, and they are closed Mondays.
On April 8, I am getting anxious, but no one answers the phone. Finally, on April 10, I am now irate at the poor service and lack of communication, so I enter the business screaming at him to give me my scooter so I can take it to have it repaired by a competent mechanic. There was an altercation, and he threw me in jail.
