I purchased a Ionic pro CA200 and in 1 week it quit working. Called Envion to start warrany process and they put me thru the ringer and jump thru hoops time and time again. Always saying that I would recive a call in 24 hours, never did. Today I called them they said "we won't warranty any products purchased on auuction type sites such a Ebay" I explained that I bought from a regular retailer that informed me they had them listed on ebay and they were cheaper there so that is why I purchased it there and that this was NEW in a SEALED box from them. They said it didn't matter. i argued that in their warranty description there was nothing describing limitations what so ever but the rep did not care. He was rude with hard to understand forgen accent which only added to my frustration and when I asked to speak with a supervisor he denied me. I will never purchase any product from this company. HORRIBLE COMPANY and I will be reporting them to my state consumer protection.
