Eon Clinics Reviews

  • Jul 24, 2014

On July 22 2013 we began the process of getting my 20 year old son an implant for his mouth where he had no tooth. We were told the whole process could take up to 8 months. The first surgery went fine to install the actual stump part of the implant. Total cost of this initial procedure was $6700. We paid that part in full with a balance due of $2200 for the delivery of the actual crown-implant in 5 months or so.

We were told to come back in 5 months for a mouth impression so the tooth crown could be properly fitted. We went in on January 15, 2014 as directed and they took the impression. They also insisted we MUST pay the balance of the entire remaider of their fees BEFORE getting the actual tooth. I complied and paid an additional $2200 and was told I would receive a phone call when the tooth arrived in 3-4 weeks.

5 weeks later I decided to call because I hadn't heard from them. They told me they had no tooth for us and they'd call me back. When they called back they explained the mouth impression was bad, and that they would have to retake an impression. We again complied. A month later we got a phone call that it happened again; we needed to get another impression.

After taking the third impression the Dr. assured us they would have the tooth in 4-5 weeks to finish installing the crown (tooth) in time for my son's college graduation.

Today May 27, 2014 was our appointment. On the way to their office we received a phone call stating they had NO TOOTH for us because something had gone wrong again at the company that makes the crown. I asked to speak to someone about getting my money back but was told they would have to call me back later.

At this point I believe we will never get what we have paid for, and that I need to seek legal action against this company.

I am saddened that my son who is graduating from DePaul University with honors (Magna Cum Laude) will be doing so with a stump in his mouth where a tooth should be.
