I am letting the world know that if they have to call this firm to process your warranty....good luck. I have been a CSU Manager for 17 years and I have never been treated so poorly in my life. They will do whatever they can to disconnect or push your call off the line. I spoke to a Maria and a Trey today. Both CSU Representatives refused to take my claim or proceed with the call.
I am shocked that the Insurance Commissioner has not been contacted but trust me...I will be letting the good State of Georgia know that they have a scam insurance firm in their State! I encourage all warranty problems you may have to be sent also to the FTC and a claim with the Better Business Bureau. This firm should not be exposed to the general public. If they do not have the funds to perform their warranty service, then maybe they should just close their doors ASAP.
It is obvious from the BBB complaints and numerous complaints online that this Company is a one way business....the take your money and you get the shaft!
