NEVER BUY ANYTHING, KNOWINGLY OR UNKNOWINGLY FROM EVENT TICKET SALES LLC

I had a similar experience as the person with the Orpheum Theatre. I was ordering tickets for a Jackson Browne Benefit in Santa Barbara at the Arlington Theatre. I looked up the number on-line thru the Arlington website but somehow was connected with Event Ticket Sales, unknowing that, that is who I was talking to, I went ahead and ordered tickets for the concert and I even asked if I could just come by and pick the tickets up but was told that the concert was over two weeks away and that would not be possible- That should have been a red flag to me and I did think that was weird but what could I do at that point. The girl on the line said the tickets would be mailed to me and I would get a confirmation e-mail. Well, what a surprise! when I find out its this Event Ticket company that's sending the tickets and they charged me $209.77 a ticket (I bought 2 tickets) The normal price according to Arlington for the seats I ordered was actually $91.00 and Event Ticket Sales also charged me a $99.68 Service Fee making a total of $534.22 that they scammed from me!!! I did get a FedEx envelope in the mail with photocopies of two tickets (not even real tickets) and these were actually sold originally from Ticketmaster. I went to the Arlington theatre with these bogus tickets and was told that, yes indeed they were probably fraud- who knew how many people had recvd the same photocopy of tickets and there was no way to validate the tickets other than the one time they could be scanned at the concert- So there I was No Concert and No $534.22 And Oh by the way, I tried to call and talk with someone from Event Ticket Sales about canceling those tickets and was left on hold. I called my credit card company and they gave me a temporary credit until they are done with their investigation and they will report Event Ticket Sales LLC to the BBB!!!!

These guys need to be put in jail on criminal charges!!! That is the only way to stop them!!

I called the Gennesse Theater to purchase tickets to see the Temptations. I stated that I wanted to buy 4 seats in a certain section.

I was told the total for 4 tickets which were on the Gennesse Theater website for $50 a ticket was $456.00.

I questioned why are the tickets so expensive when it states its only $50 per ticket?

I was told that there is a service fee for each ticket and $15 shipping for each ticket.

I said can I come pick those tickets up since I only live 3 mins away?

I was told no!!! I was told that I would receive the tickets in 4 to 7 business days.

It has been 10 days and I still haven't received my tickets.

I called the number that was emailed to me from this Event Ticket Sales Llc website

Asking when will I receive my tickets. The girl on the phone had no clue!!! I asked to speak to her supervisor and I was put on hold for like 3 mins.

When someone finally answered it sound like the same girl.

The girl stated her name is Abigail.

And she didn't know when I would receive my tickets.

However she was very sure that I would get them before the concert.

I asked her to just give me a refund and she said there is no refund all sales are final.

I told her that they were fraudulent and I didn't feel comfortable doing business with her.

I asked her does she work for the Gennesse Theater?

She told me no!

I said to her I'm confused!

I dialed the number to the Theater and somehow they ended up on the phone.

I asked her for her complete name and her ext

She refused to give me her last name or the ext where she can be reached.

I told her I was gonna report her to the BBB.

I will be calling my credit card company and disputing this charge!!!!

This company first misguides you into thinking you are using the website of the hosting venue. They somehow hi-jack the website and you end up on theirs. You proceed with the ticket purchase thinking the tickets are what you would pay at Ticket Master or at the venue ticket office. At no time do they ever tell you are NOT on the site of the venue. I was supposed to be buying tickets from Solder Field in Chicago NOT from Event Ticket Sales LLC or Titan Tickets or Titan Tickets II. Needless to say the credit card charge was for $630.04 which included a MYSTERIOUS SERVICE FEE of $119.00. The actual value of the tickets - a SHOCKING $60. They were selling them for $124 with the promise of access to the United Club. This was FRAUD. There was no access tickets or indication that access to the United Club was included or allowed.

I have tried to reach the company but GOOD LUCK - I cant even figure out their REAL NAME! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Nebraska and encourage you to do the same!

Bought tickets to the Rolling Stones Concert in Atkanta for June 6, 2015. Spent over $2000.00 . The tickets were bought months in advance. Upon entering the gate tonight we were informed our tickets were no good. Went to their outdoor desk which was overwhelmed with people like us, and they had no resolution. We live two hours from venue, gave up a whole day's work, looking forward to listening to the Stones. No I'm at home with no experience to enjoy, and short over $2,000((. RIP. OFF SCAMERS

Event Ticket Sales, LLC is not a reputable ticket service.

It is not necessary to write much here as every other review pretty much covers it all.

I attempted to search the theater box office and was directed to Fillmore Event Ticket Sales.

I checked one ticket to my desired concert, $49.00 came up as the price. I entered my name, adress and credit card info. After they were paid, the receipt showed $49.00 plus $7.50 delivery charge and $16.38 service fee. I now realized this was not the box office but a ticket agency. The receipt also directed that I would receive a second email "Shortly". Eighteen hours later, I had not heard anything. I phoned them seven times, got no satisfaction and was left on hold for a supervisor five times. I also left my cell number with "customer service representatives" four times for a supervisor call back. No call backs, no supervisor and no credit that I requested.

I finally received an email twenty-eight hours before the concert advising me to call my contact, "John" no earlier than one hour prior to the start of the concert and I would be told where to go to meet him and get ticket. This was a gift for my 15 year old daughter and I certainly was not going to let her call and meet someone I did not Know named "John".

I will dispute this charge with my credit card company.

Do not be fooled as I was. Be careful when buying tickets online. Use theater box office (first Choice), Ticketmaster or Stub Hub which are all trustworthy.

Never, ever use Event Ticket Sales, LLC.

EVENT TICKET SALES, LLC

Read the other reviews. They cover everything I could say.

Suffice it to say, Do not under ANY circumstances buy from these people.

Note that you can look online for the theater or stadium that you want and when you click on what you thought was their box office you may get these scam artists. They are good at buying top spots on web searches.

I ready many terrible reviews about this company after purchasing tickets for Garth in Portland.. I called the company in a panic thinking I had been ripped off due to the awful reviews I read.. I recieved my 100% AUTHENTIC tickets today for the concert in 2 weeks. This is a third party seller, so naturally you run the risk of getting ripped off. but it is 100% garenteed authentic, and if you don't recieve your tickets you recieve a FULL refund :]

So I ordered Kevin Hart tickets for the show on June 7 @ TD bank north garden on event ticket sales LLC so I put my information and waited for the total price to come up and the option for me to confirm my order but it didn't the next screen just said wait one minute then boom order was processed without no warning and seconds later i have a email it with a total of 540.82 with a $102.00 processing fee and $7.00 shipping fee which did not show in the order until after the money was taking out of my account I called the representative and talk with them and explained that the page didn't give me a grand total or breakdown of my purchase until I got the email he explain there was nothing he can do which is so untrue all I want is my money back I'm very upset and I will never ever order from them again because of the hidden charges and customer service I never order from them before it was my first and last time so disappointed

I telephoned what I thought was the Palace theatre for tickets to an upcoming event. The number I called represented themselves as the theatre. Coincidentally the number for event ticket sales differed from the one I called. In any event I ordered four tickets at a cost of 99.00 according to the representative I asked if there were any additional charges and was told the cost of the ticket was it And included the tax. I the recieved an invoice which include a service fee and shipping and handling in addition to the ticket price being fifty cents more than quoted. I was purchasing mezzanine tickets at this price. After all I said to him, I did not want to sit way at the top and not be able to see. Long story short went to the event and too my surprise wad escorted to sit at theBalcony. I was livid. We were five seats down from the very last row. It was horrible and those seats were advertised to sell at 52.00 dollars bit the 99.50 we paid. They give you the run around and claim to have said things they did nit it is really and, buyer beware! We have disputed these charges with the credit card company. I believe the previous buyer who reported this company as the story went just like mine.

I ordered tickets for Garth Brooks in Minneapolis. I didn't hear anything for weeks and called. I was told that Garth Brooks holds the tickets til the week of the concert. I called again 2 weeks before the concert because I didn't receive the email I was supposed to. When I called I asked to speak with a supervisor who told me she had no record of the sale, even tho a week prior the order was found by a salesperson.

I called again a week later, voiced my concerns regarding this being a scam, and was assured the tickets would be delivered by FED EX the week of the concert.

The concert was Friday night, and the Thursday prior, I received a package from FED EX, with a gift card and instructions to just present it at the door, with no need to go the will call. I did this and it was denied at the door after several attempts with different card readers.

I went to Will Call, and was told that the card was in someone elses name. The woman at the desk took pity on me and gave me seats close to where I was told by Event Ticket Sales that I would be sitting. She advised there were many people that were not getting into the event that night who had purchased through Event Ticket Sales.

They can't give you the exact seats you are buying at time of purchase, and they don't send you the tickets, just a gift card. Buyer Beward.

UGH

I was buying tickets through the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, MO. I purchased 4 tickets, thinking I was buying them through the actual venue. I was actually redirected somehow to this scam site. I ordered my tickets, but then, they emailed me and asked me for more information. They wanted a copy of the card, my license and my signature. I was suppose to black out the last 4 digits on my CC, but they needed me to write them on another piece of paper and fax them in. RED FLAG!

I called, talked to Abigail also. She assured me they were legit and they would send me my tickets as soon as I sent them back the information they requested. I will not be sending back this information. I have talked to my bank, they have issued a full refund. I wish people in this world would spend as much time and effort on legitimate businesses as they do on these scams. What a different world this would be.

fraud

did you ever receive your refund?

Do not every buy anything from even ticket sales llc or ticketofficesales.com! It is a complete scam run by some 20 year old kid with a few girlfriends out of what it sounded to be a garage.

They make up fake tickets and a very legitimate looking website and sell them to unknowing customers such as myself. I got taken for $180.

After i wasn't able to attend the event that I paid for, I called them and got ahold of three different people that gave me the ring around and said that a customer service representative would contact me in two hours. I knew better and surely they never contacted me back. I called again asking to speak to AJ who claims he is the sales manager and Taylor, one of the females who is underneath of him said he was busy on the phone.

I started asking her questions about the company and I could hear him telling her what to say in the background and when I confronted her about hearing AJ in the background I heard him tell her to hang up.

Dont let my story sound like yours. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH EVENT TICKET SALES OR TICKETOFFICESALES.COM

If any lawyer is interested in picking up this case please contact me. I have already begun to file a small claims court suit.

I bought tickets for eric church on may 3rd in des moines ia. Got tickets from event ticket sales llc. I ended up losing the tickets in the middle of a move.

I called on july 3rd and said that i lost them they said they would send them through email. I never got the email so two days before the concert i called to find out when or if i was going to get the email. The woman told me they could not refund me but before they told me they could.

They started saying me losing them is my fault and it is but ive lost tickets before at 10$ a peice through ticketmaster and they still have gave me the money back. Now this is 303$ a little bit more money and they will not send me copies or my money back.

I asked if they are affiliated with Titan Tickets II they told me no but yet when you log onto their website it says "Event Ticket Sales LLC" and at the bottom it says "Titan Tickets II"

I was trying to buy tickets to the Bob Dylan concert at the Academy of Music using my Iphone. The website was slow so I goggled the Kimmel Center box office to call director, this number came up and I dialed. I asked if this was the Kimmel Center box office, they said yes. Long story short, they overcharged me for the tickets and slapped a $95 fee (plus $15 for shipping--"tickets" were emailed--don't even know if they're legit-probably not) on top of it which I did not authorize. Trying now to get my bank to stop the transaction. I don't know why I got their number but the same thing as happened to other complaint reporters. They are clearly posing as the box offices for theaters and that can't be legal, can it?

Event Ticket Sales LLC was the name of the company that I thought was Orpheum Theather in San Francisco. I click on the Orpheum Theathers website and there was a sign saying for faster service call this number, which I did and I assumed I was talking to the Orpheum and ordered 7 tickets for $149.00 each (which I found out was $50.00 more than the ticket price really was) coming to $1,046.50 plus shipping and handling. I told them that I could just download the tickets however they said that they could not do that with that big of an order. When I got the bill and saw the $259.50 service fee I was livid and then after talking to them it turns out they are operating out of Omaha Nebraska. What a joke. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCUM OF THE EARTH!! The next day they emailed my tickets (?) for $259.50. I asked to speak to the owner but he never speaks to anyone. What an a******! I know he will get whats coming to him.
