I bought a netbook from this company that was supposedly manufacturer refurbished. It was a very low price which should have been a warning. It took 2 weeks to ship. Thirty minutes after I turned it on the screen went blank. I applied for an RMA number and was suprisingly approved in a few days. I got an email back giving instructions for returning the item and was told that I would have to pay the return postage. It had to be USPS and no Carriers such as UPS or FEDX and it had to have a tracking number. I paid over 50$ to return a 90$ item because of the hoops they created hoping you wouldn't send it back. I still haven't gotten the refund yet.
I had bought a cheap phone from this company that seemed nice, boy let me tell you people the joy ride these lowlives took me on. First when i ordered the phone 5 days later I get an email back stating that my phone had problems which I thought was a little odd why would they open my package up and start tampering with my product. Anyway they said it would take another week to fix so I was cool with that. A week later I get another email stating that the were currently out of stock seriously WTF? So they made me order another cheap undesirable phone that was in stock that nobody else wanted obviously. It was Called the Leagoo 3 real garbage. But yet on their website they state they have the other phone in stock when they clearly didn't. False advertising, Misleading or is it both? I think it a clever tactic that this company deploys in order to lure unsuspecting buyers to buy cheap Chinese garbage cellphones. People stay away from Everbuying. Put as much distance between you and them.
A x6 phone was ordered on Jan 3rd and it was her received. Emailed the company to see how long it would be before being shipped, no phone two emails saying processing. Again I checked on the status of the order it stated it was shipped. No phone. It's been weeks now so I ask for a refund only to tell me it is processing. Again no refund. This everbuying company is a rip off
