I have been with Everest Merchant services for a few years. They promised they would pay the termination fee from the previous company if we switched to them. They said they had no hidden costs. It was all a lie. I never have received my refund and they charge me a non compliance fee every month when I have been PCI compliant. I waited for the contract to expire in August of 2014 and called to cancel and was directed to the cancelation department and had to leave a message because no one answers that phone. I never got a call back. I faxed, emailed and called till I got a response and was told where to send the epuipment and the form to fill out to cancel. That was Nov 6 2014. We got billed $74 for November when the machine was not even here. Than in December they billed us for the yearly fee if $274 Plus $74. Now I just received a statement for Jan 2015 $74. I called the bank to cancel my bank account and they told me that if they keep billing me the bank will have to open the account and it will be my resposibility to pay the balance due. I was able to get a email response and was told they did get the cancelation after I sent it by fax, email and US postal twice. But here it is Feb 4 2015 and I am still being charged and doubt if I will see a refund.

All I can do is warn other people to not use their service.

I want to let everyone know about this scam company. I worked for them for 3 months, I was there top performer. Gave them ideas, great appointments, and closed deals. This company Everest Merchant services is a crap company.. The owner Arnold Olshanesky is a Freakin A*wipe, He has no managemnet skills, he calls the girls fat cows, abuses women verbally. If he tried that crap on me I would have b* slapped him> he wears suits 3 sizes too small to make him look buff, but when in fact he looks like a jacka*.

Everest Merchant services thinks it is an honor to work for them. They rip you off they do not pay what they are supposed to. They have a training class Every week and 20 people start and 19 people just leave as they do not teach, train or do anything to keep people happy. They change the rules every 5 minutes. so you never know what is right.

I just want to warn people, not to even think about working for everest. If you are on welfare, stay as you will not make it.

F U Arnold, you will get yours
