I placed an order with this company for my Non-profit organization...the money was raised by a group of at risk teenage girls so this makes it even more important for us. I trusted the reviews and used the money to order wristbands for an up and coming fundraising event we were hosting, before placing the order I checked to make sure of the shipping time which clearly states 5 days. I would have been fine if I had not placed my order on the 6th of Feb. and it is now the 22nd? I tried contacting customer service for 2 days each day on hold until someone answered and hung up every time for hours. Finally once I got an answer a very Rude lady answered the phone simply saying "YES" like I was bothering her. I went on to explain to her my problem and she was very nasty cutting me off talking about its been shipped so you either have to wait or you should have paid for a tracking number??? Why is anyone being charged with something even the post office gives you for free? She told me that all she could do was put in an inquiry with productions but they only open @ 4pm and do not take any calls...ok fine well when I simply asked if I could at least get a copy of what she sees since she knows for a fact it was shipped she flew off the handle not allowing me to say anything then told me shes hanging up on me. I said I would just keep calling back she then laughed in my ear and said thats fine im not going to answer the phone (clearly she told me shes the only one working for this company). All I want is my product or money its just that simple.
