Hello Ray,

I wouldn't waste your time or mine by lying about missing over 100 million troops. I've given specific details to get this issue resolved but to no avail. I'm sure you are aware that your server was having a problem with recalling troops prior to this happening. Everytime you try to recall a wave the game would log off and refresh. When your team fixed this issue, I'm betting on March 24th-March 25th you caused people to lose things in or coming-from valleys. I'm not the only person that this has happened to either. I dont understand why the burden of proof falls on me the consumer when I don't control nor keep track of your server records. Is there a way you can back date and check logs before March 24th to get my troop count. If you cant how could people feel secure making purchases when they're things could disappear at any given time for no reason? I feel obligated to make my alliance/sever aware that making purchases is not a good idea because your things can disappear without cause, and Evony staff can't do anything to resolve the issue.

I have read your request in which you stated you lost troops for no reason.

Please check Army movement for any outside troops in Reports. If they are not there, they either get killed in battles, or get dismissed, or get in another city. Sometimes they will be stuck outside for a while due to computer latency.

However, if it is not the above case, we need detailed information on how your troops are lost because so far, there is no bug found in tech department. We would really appreciate it if you can provide us with firm evidence.

I had troops reinforced in a valley at 562, 32(40 million warriors,50 million scouts, 2.1 million pikes, 4.5 million swordman, 78 million archers, 2.8 million calvary, 2.9 million cataphracts,4.9 million ballistas, 300k rams, 400k catapults reinforcing from 562, 33 with no hero. Then I had a wave reinforcing from 171, 562 with 1 scout and a hero to the same valley 562, 32. I recalled the wave which sent all the troops listed above to the city at 171, 562 in a return wave which took over 24hrs to arrive to that destination 171, 562. I was on my account on monday march 24th before maintenance and everything was fine. after maintenace I checked the return wave to 171, 562 with all the troops I listed above with 1 hero included had all dissappeared out of the wave except the hero that accompanied them. I just want my account restored to what it was before the mysterious vanishing please...Thank you

If you check accomplishments it should state the amount of ballistas I've built. Most of my other troops are drafted from other players. I've been building ballistas on my account for months.

1 The time and date the problems happened, or when you first noticed them

2 Try giving me any details you can think of on the issues you have met

3 Please be as specific as you can. Whenever possible, please take screenshot's of the issue in question to display anything that will better clarify what you are reporting.

Problem has not been resolved, majority of troops on my account are still missing after the maintenance on Monday going into Tuesday. They were in a return wave coming back from a valley. If my troops are not restored that disappeared then my account is useless, were talking about over 100 million troops. PLEASE RESTORE THE TROOPS THAT ARE MISSING AFTER THE MAINTENANCE DONE ON MONDAY GOING INTO TUESDAY MARCH 25,2014. At this point Im highly dissatisfied with your LLC to fix the issue. Its been over a week with no response or update to th situation.
