This business is a wholesale professional beauty distributor. I have been overcharged. I ordered one bottle of shampoo and was charged a $25 shipping fee, the wrong product was shipped and I was over charged. The owner tried to talk me into the wrong product to avoid the headache of correcting the situation. The item recieved was leaking and had a sticker on it from another salon that returned it. If I pay $50 for a bottle of shampoo I do not expect this service. ESP gave me a credit, however they are notorious for selling the worst brands in the industry so I am S.O.L.

I have a small salon in Vancouver. I have asked for Exclusives to not use the card on file. They repeatedly charge the card every time. I have been paying an extra $25 for c.o.d. because the management continues to overcharge, ship the wrong items and mess up. The last straw was when my last order came in with used sticker and really messed up dirty packaging. The management of Exclusives is wacked. I have never been treated this bad by any other business. I will never shop here again.
