I never got paid for working for them. Repeatedly emailed Ron and he always said the check was in the mail. Its very unprofessional and they are constantly lying about sending my check out. Its rediculous and frustrating. I wish someone would shut down this scam company!!!!!!

For those who don't want to read this whole thing here's a short summary of what happened to me at Execusist. They paid me over a week late each time, they still owe me wages which I will be waiting for. When I finally received my late check, they asked me not to cash it until the following week, because they don't have the money(my check was less than $500). They refused to graduate me from training, thus keeping me at minimum wage when they had promised to graduate me after 2 weeks. They cut my hours down to about 12 hours from 40 hours. They constantly fire employees, and hire new ones who are unaware. Steer cleer because they falsely hide behind the name Jesus. I also believe they watch you via webcam, which is very odd, I talk about that below.

I started working for Exec-u-sist a little under a month ago. I was in need of a work at home job due to some circumstances. They responded to my application promptly, and "the ceo" Ron called me for a phone iterview.

He gave me the job on the spot, explaining that their company is anchored in Christ, they are born again Christians etc.

When I asked about the size of the company, he told me they are “growing” expecting “huge growths” by beginning of next year. He hired me for full time work, and I began training about 2 weeks later. Ron told me I would be paid minimum wage during training which lasts 2 weeks. After that I would be “raised” to $10/hr. I accepted this and sent in my W2’s. I will start off by saying that this is a "legitimate" company in terms of paperwork and it actually being a real job. However you will be at their mercy in many ways including when you get paid.

I started experiencing problems immediately during training, since they have you download a lot of different software. (I will add that I think they watch you via webcam, which must be in some small print somewhere, because at some point during training I noticed my webcam was lit and on, I didn’t know how long this had been happening for, but nobody mentioned webcam use to me personally) If your computer freezes due to their programs, you are expected to clock out so you don’t get paid while you reboot. mind you their software slows down your computer and causes it to freeze, so you are not paid each time it happens. It is completely petty.

I noticed a lot of “secrecy” and strange practice. For example the first day I accessed my work email, I found an email that had been mistakenly sent to all the employees by the 2 married CEO's. It was only meant for the management team (which is comprised of a handful of people). It was an email the owners sent after being upset from monitoring the managers, I guess the managers were talking about things they were upset with Execusist about. Long story short they were threatening firing them if they do not straighten up. And using the word of God and scripture as backup these threats. This was a very messy start with this company. I sensed no love of God in this company. Instead I sensed they were only interested for their own gain, and they hire excessively to cover their behinds, dropping people as they feel the need. They treated me well the first week or two, after which they stated getting colder as they hired more people. They seem very well versed in their practices. By "they" I mean the CEO's and the trainer. There were a few nice ladies who worked there as team leads. \I never had a problem with them, in fact they were very kind.

Execusist CEOs strongly push that they are a Christian company. I am a born again believer, and my heart rejected that notion from them from the beginning. It seems like something they use as an “advantage” but they seem more like wolves in sheep’s clothing. They refused to complete my training even after over a month, which I was initially told would be 2 weeks long. I asked my trainer yesterday (over a month since starting) for the 5th+ time if I was done with training, and she bounced me around to someone else, saying she was done with me and passed me on to the next person. They do not address your concerns as an employee, I cannot tell you how many times I asked a simple question, only to be bounced to another person.

My very serious issues came when they refused to pay me on time. They do paper checks by mail, which is odd. Their explanation is that they are “stewarding” what God gives them. I think they should steward their small business by only hiring as many employees as they can pay on time instead of biting off more than they can chew. The employee is just a commodity to them, they do not care.

Both times they have paid me (I will give them credit for actually paying since some online scams will not pay you at all) but it was well over a week late each time. No one told me the check would be late. My second check I received yesterday, again over a week late. They had the boldness to email me after I finally received it, asking me NOT to cash it until Monday if possible, since they were missing some payments. This company did not have $450 to pay me AFTER sending the check to me? This company is NOT ready to hire employees. The people in power seem to be somehow connected in relationship, since the 2 owners are married. 2 top managers are also married. And the trainer is closely connected to them.

I want to add something. Among all the managers there was one who stood out in a positive manner to me. I could tell he has a good heart, his name is Anthony. He is the only one who sincerely tried to reach out and help me the best he could. Ron CEO is very cold and distant, as well as Tiffany his wife. The trainer was okay, but she is also for their agenda.

If you want to be paid on time, do not work for Exec-u-sist. They will pay you by check in the mail ONLY when they are ready. This could be weeks late. They state this on their website, so as an employee you really can’t complain without being met with "it is clearly stated on our website...". I suffered late fees due to their failure to pay me on time. That is money I lost at their hands, that they do not care about. There are many work from home jobs which honor their employees. Do not let your desperation allow you to be mistreated by this company, like I did. Learn from my mistake.

I got terminated today due to a phone call between me and a coworker. We were discussing our concerns, and I later received a call from Tiffany firing me. She was cold and disconnected like each time I have communicated with her and her husband. My coworker was also terminated.

Before joining this company, do this math. They have a handful of employees, over half are “supervisors/owners/managers” the next few are “team leads/trainers” that leaves a small number of people who are actual employees. It makes no sense.

They cut your hours more and more each week. The first 2 weeks I was working around full time, by the time they terminated me I was working 4 hours a day, some days being told it was too slow that I could go home after working for an hour. I will report back if they don’t pay me my last check. This company is a complete joke.

Heed this warning, do not work for Exec-u-sist if you are looking to get paid for your honest work.

One of the managers told me they work from a place of grace; I can tell you this is a lie. The only grace they operate in is the one they expect their employees to give them when they refuse to pay on time. Please steer clear of this company that will prey on your needs. I did not experience God in this company whatsoever. Neither will you.
