I have a strong complaint to make against the Vacation of a lifetime.
When we called the vacations of a lifetime people to book our beach vacation for this summer, we were told by a manager no less, that they would ensure that we had a room to our liking and would confirm closer to July 2014.
Now in May they called us to say they had NO MORE reservations (even though we booked in early FEB).
Now we have no way to get a resort at a beach in July at a decent price. What kind of scams are being run there?
If they have NO way to reserve a spot for July, why LET someone book so far out in the first place?
To add to that, the manager there is extremely rude when dealing with clients when you call her. She told me flat out, tough luck, I cant say anything more to you. This is how we conduct our business and sometimes we cant give you a resort. Go ahead and try to get a refund.
