I had brought a 2002 care van that I paying for through express auto about 1 1/2 year ago,and I had been having problems with this van. The last problem I had is the transmision,and the service person was very rude with me and does not have the people skills and her customer service is the pitts. They will not give me a loaner for me to get to work,unless I sign the paper work so they can bill me,and in the mean time I have no way to get to work,and I may have lost my job over this. I will not buy another car or van from them because they advantage of people and you pay more what the van really worth.
