The windshield wiper assembly of my car was ripped off by the car wash machinery and was dragged up the side of the vehicle, breaking the windshield. One of the gas station attendants was shown where the windshield wiper unit landed in the car wash. He and I took pictures, and the matter was laid out completely. The expression, "I've worked here for 10 years, and I've never seen this before", was given. Does this mean that after ten years, this car wash has never malfunctioned? A manager's name was given with the store phone number, but no phone calls have been returned after numerous messages. There has been no assistance in repairing my windshield or the windshield wiper assembly, but skeptical and disrespectful looks were plentiful at the time. It was as if there was no way this car wash could've done what truly happened. Not even an apology was offered by the three attendants on duty. This went from an $8.00 car wash to a $500 car wash. What a shameful way to treat customers!
The man (mo or Moe) is very big mouth when it comes to women customers, and tries whatever he can. also he is giving out money for the games that is supposed to be for recreation only. I dont live there but work in the area and stopped last week and heard two people talking about this man doing money laundering as well. The time before when I stopped by with my wife he did not see us come in together and was very suggestive with her until I stepped up and then he got quite. I have given up shopping there as this man is big mouth
