I called and they said they would file my claim. They did not and I only had 90 days to file. after a long period of time, I called and they had phone disconnected. Finally, George answered and said they were moving to another office. I waited a few more weeks and nothing was done. I went on line with an account they gave me and it would not take messages on line Like, they turned off that part. Long store short, I filed the claim myself and they said they were going to sue me because i did a chargeback. I got my $275 back from bank and it took 45 days for them to dispute. But nothing happened. They are fraud and try to scare people and rip them off. My father is a judge and he wanted to go after them, but I told him to forget it, as I got my $ back. This so said company NEVER did one thing, plus address was wrong on claim, plus the name of the defendant was spelled wrong, etc. Unbelievable, they take your money and try to threaten you so they can keep it for nothing.
