I bought a LG videoboard from EZK_Liquidators off of Ebay a couple of weeks ago. The board did arrive within a few days. The main issue is, the board does not work. The seller did offer a refund, and even told me not to bother returning the item. They are now giving me the run-around on refunding the money through Paypal. I did an open ticket through Ebay, which is the format for doing a return and to get a refund. EZK_Liguidators keeps telling me to cancel the open ticket and that they cannot offer me a refund until I do so. It clearly states in EBay's policies not to cancel an open ticket until you've received a refund, because they will not be able to step-in to resolve the matter once you do so. I've informed the seller of this, even sent them Ebay's policies for an open ticket return, but they refuse or are unwilling to acknowledge it and keep saying that's not what it says on there end. i told them to send me what it says on there end, which they have not! They go back-and-forth and respond with emails like, "Sorry, what did you say was wrong with it?" Then after I've given them, again, in full detail why the board does not work, they say, ok, we understand, we will give you the refund. Then, they will immediately send another email asking, sorry, what did you say was wrong with it. The company actually has a lot of positive reviews and is very highly rated on Ebay. It is my opinion that they are actually doing fake sales and giving multiple positive reviews to make it look like they are a safe-seller. They have over 50 negative reviews with sellers having almost identical difficulties as myself. I also found another review, here, on report, dating back to 2009, where the buyer was ripped-off by this company in a similar way. Buyer Beware! EZK_liquidators is an unsafe seller on Ebay and they are scamming people. It is also my opinion that EBay knows about sellers like this and I'm not sure they are doing all anything about it?
