I have a problem with Facebook kid market.First off I only could find a 2009 suspended CA corporation were they are located in CA for Face book INC. Now I did find one in CT were Gigmasters.com is located. The leading group of referral entertainers for childrens entertainment in CT. not CA . They are not licesed in CA. Don't no if there is a connection or not. And a possible corporation DE, DE says the paper does not mean good standing so it is questioable? Now lets talk Turkey!!!
It says on Face book advertising philosophy that there can be no false and misleading and deception claims. That it must be clear in content. This is not the case in the kid market on Face book. Face book is full of deception in the kid market in my personal opinion and I am an authority in the kid market. Just because something looks innocent it does not mean it is. That 's why they call it deception!!! Why would anyone let strangers handle your kids with out real names. Why would you give them all your credit information? Wake up America!!!And now it will be on reality TV for all to copy.
I am speaking of the kid market for entertainment for kids. All I see is a great deal of deception. Lets start with Happily ever Laughter. You see a picture of 35 girls on Face book saying we work ''ALL of CA. ''Her web site says ''all these girls are employees of Happily ever laughter licensed and insured.'' Is this true Face book? Now on her stats I found it to say 5 employees. In fact she is advertising all the states without foreign corporation. So we no that they are NOT all employees becasue she is not even licensed to work all states. Also about her working the whole state of CA. Entertainers are required to have business license in every city they work in. This paper trail is to protect the families from strangers coming into your homes mis- handling your kids. People with names like Fairy dust are hard to find in case of a problem. She does not even have a license for SAC were she is listed on Gigmasters.com. that CT company who does not have a foreign to work CA. Funny she has been listed on that sight with over 150 jobs. Gigmasters not bad for a company that can't advertise CA.
Same as Gig salad were she also gets jobs. Not a foreign corporation to CA. Happily ever laughter says that she was just filmed for reality TV and it appears it was for possible stars in LA. Guess what she has no business license in LA that I could find any city. SO what about her statement '' We work all of CA when she is not following city laws? What does this mean to you the public if these girls are not the employees she says they are.I guess the big problem is insurance. The leading cause of dealth in kids is balloon chocking. What about face paint. Do you realize that kids have been burned for life from reactions to face paint. And NO your home insurance is not going to cover that. Entertainers insurance only covers the named person on the policy not employees. So lets say she has an embrella policy for her company . If the people are not employees that will void the insurance. If you hire a person who has there own insurance then it could possible save your home in case of a problem . These girls are only paid one third of your fee not like people who work for them self . And in my opinion you get what you pay for.Remember she says they are employee? If it were me Face book I would look into all that possible misleading statement. She will soon be on reality TV.
Then there is the right of others. Infringement of trademake . You have ton's of companies up there doing Trademark characters. Disney characters and all the top favorite were is the Right of others on this topic? Most of the people doing trademark are doing under ground economy because they are afraid of the big guys busting them. So people are trusting there kids and private information with people with no paper trail. All of this adds up to disaster to family life. You have no clue who you are bringing into your homes. All this is my personal opinions said in good faith for the welfare of the public.
