On Aug 25,2013 i bought a 2005 mustang gt convertible. Part of this has to do with the the finance company requiriing me to by an extended warrantee.Around a month after we bought it the transmission went so it was towe cylindd to dealer so they can deal with the insurance and have it fixed. They had the car for 2 1/2 months. neventually it was fixed. We drove the car unitl feb28th when once again it was towed because the motor had a dead cylinder. They could not give me eta when its will done but decided i will call once a wk to chk. finally 3 months later they were at the point where the motor was put in but while they were out test driving it,once again the number 2 cylinder died. So now when the motor was warranteed by the salvage company they had to bring it 2 them to get fixed. meanwhile the dealler called me and ask me to go tto them and signoff on the first woRK order when my car was not in my posession. It took another month before I was able to get my car AFTER 4 LONG MONTHS. Eight days after i got my car back, the trans went again and was quoted a price of $2100 t0 fix it.Now i was very frustrated because not only did they have my car for four month but when i got it back . there is also 1500 miles unaccounted for. my odometer says120,078, and ther is an oil change sticker that was put on while not in my posession that says its duE AT 121500.
