Anthony (Tony) Cuda, owner / operator of Fast Forward Auto Transport, was hired to pick-up and deliver a motorcycle. While in his possession, the motorcycle was driven 48 miles, the clutch was burnt out and there was additional physical damage to the motorcycle all totaled, it came out to $6,500.
I tried to contact Cuda after the delivery but he was unresponsive to phone calls, letters from my attorney or court documents. I eventually took Cuda to court and he did not show-up. The court ruled in my favor and I have been trying to collect from him ever since.
Based on photos provided by the seller, the damage that was inflicted upon the motorcycle and, moreover, the fact that he drove the motorcycle while it was in his possession, I would hope that he never has an opportunity to create such a situation with anyone else.
