BEWARE TOTAL RIP OFF. THEY ONLY SELL HOMEMADE COMPUTER COPIES. Ordered crossing Jordan DVD Boxed set advertised same as you get in retail store, only got homemade copies with no artwork no box. They do not give refund for any reason. Took 3 months to receive cheep copies. NOTHING BUT LIES.
I bought a dvd collection on line from www.fastdvd.com. what they showed on line was nothing like what was recieved. it was suppose to com with a 30 day mony back guarrenty. i had to pay for return shipping in the amount of 62.00 plus original cost of item (bonanza collection) 249.00 and now i am out 313.00. we emailed back and forth for over a month and she (kimberly weis) said the refund was issued and it would take about 2 weeks to recirve. needless to say i have still not recieved my refund and it is going on 7 weeks. i have emailed time after time and now i am not even getting a response from my last 5 emails i am on disability and saved for 2 months to afford to buy this now i am out over three hundred dollars can someone please help me try to get my refund. my name was on the credit card but my wifes name was on the orfer
