Fasttech has lied and misrepresented several things to me. first, that the item would be shipped in 2 days. Then amended the item for 2 more days, then, "We apologize that the item you purchased SKU 1787302 is currently restocking " That wasn't true either. The item is actually discontinued. Then, when I cancelled the order:

We will send you the gift certificate code in a few hours. Please kindly check your FastTech account.

The gift certificate code is as good as cash. Simply enter it in step 3 of checkout. There is a gift certificate link right above the "Place Order" button. You can use it to get anything you like.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can help with.

OK, bit of a bummer, first that they gave me 3 different shipping times when the item is actually discontinued, and second, partially my fault. for not fully going through their Money Back Guarentee. There is no Money Back Guarentee, just a "gift certificate".

On May 27th 2015 I ordered E Cig products from FastTech online web-store. I ordered through PayPal and paid a total of $26.40 USD. It is now June 27th and almost six weeks since I made my ordwer and paid FastTech via PayPal. I have not received my order and I will not ever buy from this scam business again. I have wrote to FastTech 3 times and as of today I have opened a dispute with PayPal. DO NOT BUT HERE. FastTech has many bad reviews regarding this same issue.

I placed an order with Fasttech.com this last summer for $60 some dollars. I checked reviews and the BBB before hand and thought I could trust them. It's almost Christmas and I still haven't received anything.

I waited the estimated delivery time and when nothing came I contacted them. They told me sometimes it takes longer, but it wasn't a big deal, my package would be there. Whthat Fasttech would do. en that date passed they told me they would look into it and give them some time to get back to me. Well they never did, they have only ever emailed me when responding to my complaint. Not once have they ever reached out to me.

Soon enough of them blowing me off I filed a complaint with PayPal, but by this time Pay Pal siad it was to late for them to help me. I contacted Fasttech again and eventually they say that they checked with one off the received countries and it could take up to a few months to here a reply. Well that time had elapsed so I sent another email to Fasttech and they basically responded saying that they would look into it again.

I told them that the tracking info had even expired on my package and they told me they contacted that country and would know something in two weeks, but if that country doesn't admit "losing" my merchandise than there is nothing that Fasttech would do. Well several weeks passed without hearing anything and here I am. I have even filed papers with a US international organization that looks into international fraud, but they just report it and don't try to help you beyond that.

I'm sure they ripped me off and I will never see a dime or my merchandise, but I want the first response to a search for Fasttech to be the truth and not something positive. I want the public to know that Fasttech will not help you if something happens to your goods. They will gladly take your money and not give you anything and they are just fine with that business model.

There are many over seas business' that are respectible companies, don't take a risk when a risk can ruin your company's reputation.

On May 2nd I purchased an electronic cigarrette from Fasttech.com presuming it would ship in 5 days. After 12 days, I asked where my product was. Two times, over a month time span, I was told 3 more days, 3 more days, and then after waiting a couple of more weeks, the item did not come into stock.

I decided to cancel that order. I asked for a Paypal refund and was given a gift code instead. I complained and they said that I must have chosen the wrong option and now that I had a gift code, I could not get my money back. I let this slide and decided to purchase a more expensive version of the original e-cig, hoping it would come into stock faster. I was told it would ship in 5 days before I bought it., After the purchase, I was told via email, it would not ship for 7 days. After waiting over a month for the original item, I asked for a refund to my Paypal because I refused to wait any longer for this item. I got a screen that said I would be refunded via Paypal in 48 hours.

When I went to check my Paypal today, the money wasn't there. This is the second time that Fasttech has promised money back to my Paypal and they gave me a gift certificate instead. I have cancelled several orders with them because the wait time for certain items is rediculous.

I have had other problems with this company as well. One item was lost in the mail and they made me wait 8 weeks before they would give me a refund for the lost item. The reason that they do this, is because they do not want you to file a Paypal dispute.

I deal with a lot of online vendors and the worst customer service, by far, is with Fast Tech. Once this dispute is resolved and I get my $39.01 back from them, I will NEVER do business with them again. Every friend whom I know, who has purchased from Fasttech, has had some sort of issue with them. Because they are in China, they feel like they can screw you and you will have no recourse. I urge more people to come forward and tell your story about how Fasttech has taken your money and either sent you a defective product, made you wait months for a item, given you a gift certificate when you asked for a Paypal refund or sent yout he wrong item all together. I know there are more people out there like me, and everyone should know, before they purchase from Fasttech, the issues that they may run across.
