Do not use this company and do not work here. I was offered a position and was given a bogus employment contract and a non-compete which was not what was promised verbally. Needless to say, it was not a legitimate offer and a complete sham and was wrongfully terminated after two days on the job with no explanation.
The owners are all Pakistany and Indian and always speak in their language and are extremely rude and unprofessional. It's a very small company and everyone uses titles like President of Business Development and Operations Manager and Office Manager and the owner doesn't say anything. The owners are so hands-off, they don't even provide cleaning service and everyone has to take out their own trash and probably have bathroom & kitchen duties which I wasn't there long enough to find out. The Indian guy that says he's the operation manager is extremely hositle and a bully and just downright rude and disrespectful. He's used to bullying and pushing around young 20 something young girls that take the $12.50 an hour job with no benefits and have them do everything. He's the main problem there and the owner lets him get away with his abusive behavior and illegal employment conduct.
Aside from the employment violations, this company makes their processor sign the loan officer's name to all the loan submissions that include conventional and believe it or not, FHA & VA government loans.
This company needs to be investigated and shut down for all their egregious, unethical & unscrupulous conduct. The owner is arrogant and has no morales. Not only are they breaking the law with their breach of contract and hositle and discriminating harassment work environment, they are also blatantly committing loan fraud. I guess the CFPB has not gotten rid of all the mortgage crooks.
