The FCAA Hearing Panel conisting of Gordon D Hamilton, Peter Carton and Paul Robinson of the Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority--in Saskatchewan -- have been sued for abuse of process, abuse of discretion, misfeasance in office, among many other cited civil charges/claims.
In addition, Gordon D Hamilton, Peter Carton and Paul Robinson, in a seperate ongoing FCAA appeal matter may also be at risk of being cited for creating and authoring false statements with the intent to unlawfully interfere in a legal proceeding, which could be constituted as criminal activity. From what we have been informed, many expert witnesses are prepared to testify in these legal proceedings, which may prove these "criminal" allegations ,of obstruciton of justice, against these three.
Let's see if, or what, the Saskatchewan Justice of Ministry will do, if anything, once this matter is exposed in full via many expert witnesses. From what we have heard, and based on our opinion, it appears that the Securities Division of the FCAA, may be doing everything they can in an attempt to keep a lid on this alleged criminal or quasi-criminal activty by their Board Members involving Gordon D Hamilton, Peter Carton and Paul Robinson. The FCAA, based on our opinion, and from what we have reviewed, does not WANT this to ever be leaked or exposed to the public.

If one looks at the facts such as legal proceedings in the courts, one sees that Gordon D Hamilton is currently facing and dealing with several legal woes such as abuse of process. abuse of discretion, defamation, making fraudulent and false statements to interefere in a legal proceeding and misfeasance in public office, Just look up the court file QBG 1950/14, in Saskatchewan, and there it is....Hamilton's legal woes .
Gordon D Hamilton, in our opinion, is one of the reasons for the problems with misconduct in government public office, and his actions against many, were a direct violation of their Charter Rights. In our opinion, once again, the impartiality and arrogance of Gordon D Hamilton, shows that he had to be sued in court, by third parties, before he will even think about addressing the truth, the whole truth, despite the many proven allegations against him. Rage and denial is all the victims are getting from Gordon D Hamilton and the MInistry of Justice's Saskatchewan Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority - FCAA. That needs to change and it will soon, through the courts of law. If Gordon D Hamilton and the Saskatchewan Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority want to enforce the laws/legislations of this land, then they themselves must also be bound by them.
Dean Murrison, Director, Securities Division, of the Saskatchewan Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority is allegedly only prosecuting selective security breach complaints that come through his office and pushing others to the side.
We have been informed, and believe to be true, that Mr. Murrison, may be intentionally stalling the investigations of many security breach complaints in order to cover up possible obstruction of justice by his own staff. We will be monitoring the progress of these complaints to see if the investigation ever even commence.
In our opinion, Mr Murrison may be concerned that an internal scandal could erupt and is therefore intentionally stalling all these investigations, essentially to validate silence and hopefully buy more time.
This is exactly what is inherently wrong with government and policing agencies around the continent. They do everything in their power to keep the truth from the public, until it is too late and eventually it boils over and explodes in their face, just like what happened with CBC here in Canada and in the US in Ferguson.
Man up, diligently, swiftly and thoroughly investigate these complaints as opposed to hoping that they will go away or that you can silence them.
Saskatchewan Justice's Crown Corporation, Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority (FCAA), Deputy Director Edward Rodonets is soon to be sued/charged for sexual harassment? A reliable, third party source confirmed this with us today.
Ed Rodonet, who is an ex-RCMP, of which they are also facing many sexual harassment complaints, will soon be facing sexual harassment legal proceedings.
This on top of Rodonets already "guilty" conviction handed down onto him for his actions towards Saskatchewan citizens in abusing their rights. An independent government regulatory agency conducted an investigation, and Edward, among other FCAA directors, staff and board members were found to be guilty. Funny how the Leader Post missed that. But the Leader Post would as they are not into writing balanced, unbiased FCAA stories.
