I placed a order with this company and was told they were extremely busy and i could expect my purchase the following month, and if I didn't receive my order within 14 days of that to contact them and my email would be answered in 24hrs. Well I contacted them via email over 10 times in a 30 day period and sent them messages via facebook with absolutely no response. The company charged me $100 and I never heard from them again. I have been waiting for almost 3 months now and still NOTHING. I couldn't find anything negative about them on line, so I figured I should be the one to warn others of this scam.
I have ordered a wallet 3 months ago...I got a order number sayng that it will arrive 2 weeks later. only now after writing a post on Ballven, a personalized HANDWRITTEN letter and many mails later and months of waiting it suddenly stopped and my money was just refunded without notice. there is a incredible backlog on his product and Gregory Venters is not able to give a minimum of service. do NOT order the product
