On December 3, 2014, I placed an order with the First International Church of the Web for a discount package of certificates for the price of $65.00. On Jan 6, 2015, I sent an email asking for the status of the order. I was informed by Rev. Ford that he had been sick and he would make it a priority to send the package out. On January 24, 2015, I sent an email asking about the status. No reply. In February I called and left messages. No replies. I initiated a Better Business Bureau complaint on March 18, 2015 (BBB Complaint Case# 67038535). On April 8, 2015 I was informed by the BBB of the failure of Saint Luke’s to respond.
