My mother had a fire in her house. We found five star cleaning through Homestars and contacted them. Between Linda and Bob we were able to get them to clean the fire area around the kitchen. I don’t live with my mom but I was shocked to find that they damaged many parts of house during their cleaning and advised us with a list of repairs that they can do for these damages. Taking advantage of an old lady by damaging walls and floors and bathroom just to get a job is a trick that this company does. I can’t prove that but why my mom would damage here own house. They were the only people in the house during that day. I contacted them several times by different means with no results. We were forced to hire another contractor to repairs all the damages that they caused. What a mess.
