FJR Advisors, Inc. Reviews

Just finished reading about a rip-off from a person that purchased the "never cold call again" program from Frank Rumbauskas. The exact thing happened to me! When I received my credit card bill I noticed I was charged the $97 and the $47. I immediately contacted my credit card company who did the research. I got a letter back stating that I indeed owed both charges? I contacted Frank Rubauskas via e-mail and have had no response at all. This is a huge rip-off. I've decided that Frank couldn't sell water to a camel so he had to rip people off to live. The information in the product is so elementary on top of it. Had I known that he was going to charge me both for the trial and the outright buy, I would have returned the product in time to get my money back. Funny thing is - the day my 90 days was up is when I received the information that they are saying I owe both charges. What a crock. I will forever bad mouth this man and his unethical practices. Thank you to all who have complained as I thought I was an idiot or something.

In theory, his programs make sense. Everyone who is in sales knows that cold calling is a frustrating way to try to make a living. You usually get a very low rate of return on your investment of time into this out-of-date practice.

In fact, I can only think of one more wasteful way to spend your work day than cold calling -- that's trying to get through to Frank Rumbauskas to complain to him that he took your money and never delivered your order. He says his phone number is (888)410-2990, but go ahead and try to call it. You get the expected maze of electronic menus, then you get dead-ended into a mailbox that is so full of complaints that there's no room for you to even waste your time leaving a message -- which is no big deal because they're probably not going to return your call anyway. If they cared enough to return your call, wouldn't they answer it in the first place?

I stupidly allowed Rumbauskas to take $97.00 out of my checking account back in May. He was supposed to send me a Linked-in selling system for that money, but he never did. I've tried to call his company a dozen times since, but I either just plain don't get through, or I get dumped into a mailbox that's too full to accept my message.

Thanks, Frank! When the phone don't ring I'll know that's you calling!

On july 2, 2014 I ordered the LinkedIn program from Never Cold Call Again. The was a website purchase for $97.00. The funds were remaoved from my account but I never recieved the product. I established a ticket Tuesday July 29th and have not heard from the company. Called company today and have not heard anything.

Upon going on line to see if there were any complaints about this organization I, to my dismay saw that there were.

Very disappointed in Customer Services. I Bought Nevercoldcallagain program. Was not dissatisfied with book. Tapes were less than benificial. My complaint is when I purchased inital cold calling program I agreed to a $5.00 promotional shipping fee. They "piggy-Back" another offer on it that I DID NOT authorize and charged an additional $6.00 shipping fee again I DID NOT AGREE to! I contacted customer service immediately upon being avise I was charged fee I did not authorize. Was basically told to bad so sad you pay to return item you do not want! I filed a BBB compaint as well as tried 4 times in wrtting customer service and calling. written complaint alwas same response no refund on shipping even if you do not want product initally! I do not believe program was worthless. Being new I needed some of the basics others find not valuable. I do believe this company is sharp, savvy sly business practices that maximize dollars believing a $50 charge here and $6 there will not cause many complaints. I do not like being "DUPED."

FJR "duped" me royally on fee I did not agree to. If they were honest they would have handled it honestly as an error throug the CSR support system. Every one of the 4 complaints fell on deaf ears. Careful giving this company your financal info. I am!
