On June 25th, 2015, I booked airtickets via Flighthubs, when the eticket email came through, I discovered the website add insurance in. I called flighthub immediately and request to remove the insurance. The person who picked up the phone call confrm with me that the insurance has been removed, I will receive refund within 2 to 6 business day, I ask if I will receive a confirmation email for this cancellation, they said no confirmation email, the insurance has been removed from the system, I will get refund. 2 weeks later, I did not receive the refund, and I called flighthub again, they adivse me that the cancellation of insurance did not go through in their system, I argued that I was confirmed the insurance has been removed, then they said there was no notes or record that I request remove insurance. I ask to speak to manager, they refuse to transfer my phone call, but put me on hold, I ask the address of their office, they refuse to tell me. They advise me that I have to pay for the insurance.

FlightHub Flighthub is a poorly run organization that takes forever to get things done and then they extrort you for money. I canceled a booking and they charge $125 to cancel the booking and give me a credit. Then they wanted to charge me $260+ to use the credit I recieved. If I didn't pay the additional cost I couldn't use the $1200 credit. The customer service took 4 hours of my day. When I ask to speak to a supervisor I was told he was too busy. He would have to call me back. 10 hours later still no call from the supervisor but I did get a call from a staff member telling me another member had misquoted me the cost. He wanted another $60+ to complete the transaction or I would lose my ticket. d**n extortion and lousy service. Have you notice with these lousy companies that there are no people in authority to manage complaints? They stick weak phone staff online the line with the platitude "I am sorry you feel that way..." and when they can't handle it they either mute you or hang up. No one in authority to improve service, so the company is a miserable disaster... Lousy lousy service. These lousy internet companies have no accountibility for their service to the consumer, it seems. Who knows where they hide!!

Booked an air fare with them. When I got the confirmation email, the price was considerably more than what I booked and agreed to. Tried calling them numerous times and got the run-around. Sent 2 emails to their billing address as I was instructed and to which they claim would be responded to within 6 hours. Five days later and I'm still waiting.

On March 19th 2014, I and my wife booked our flight to Europe with Flighthub (BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER IS: 002-061-733 and 002-061-734). In April 2014 we found out that my wife is pregnant. The doctor recommended us to don't flight because some pregnancy complications. We canceled the flight tickets and even with the all medical papers from our doctors we didn't received a penny back from Flighthub or United Airlines because we didn't purchase trip insurance. At that time Flighthub told us that we have a credit of $3135 available until March 19th 2015. On Feb. 17th 2015 I called Flighthub to use our credit buying new tickets. I spoke with Shannon (supervisor) and she confirmed me we can fly after March 19th 2015 only if we spend the credit we have before this date. We started looking for our flight for Sept. 2015 but after 2 hours or so we decided to wait a little bit longer to decide which one is better for us. Shannon told me that I can call back anytime before March 19th 2015 to complete our new reservation. So I called them back on March 16th 2015 (3 days before our credit expires) and I talked to Reya (supervisor, not sure if I spelled her name correctly) when she told me that Shannon was wrong because we have to complete our trip before March 19th 2015 otherwise we are gonna loose it. This happened 3 days before expiration date when we were unable to use this credit. I repeat, we are talking about $3135 which we just lost it because Shannon came up with wrong informations and made that irreparable mistake. I left everything for last days because I knew, as I was told by Shannon, we can fly anytime after March 19th 2015. I had no chance to use this credit in the last 3 days left. Every time when I called Flighthub for cancellation or different reasons the agents were rude, unprofessional and have no knowledge about anything. Anything you ask them they don't know and they put you on a long hold to find even the simple answers. They have the worst costumer service I've ever seen in my life. I regret for the rest of my life because I did business with this Canadian company just because they were a little cheaper than Expedia or any other serious travel agencies. Be aware and smart and think twice before you book with this company. It's not possible to be treated like this.

Great service

I like to leave early & arrive early and take the least amount of time when I' m going to Paris.These tickets give me the right time.I only whish I could choose my seats.

Scam

This company is a scam. They send you a receipt after booking tickets, with one total, and charge your credit card more than the total that they themselves provided. Attempts in calling/speaking with managers/e-mailing wasted hours of time and a ton of nerves and resulted in hang ups, rudeness, and non-logical explanations. Will never deal with again and do not recommend to anyone -- you will be scammed.

Phone their customer care to understand possibilities to change an air ticket I've bought few days before for 280CAD. the agent came back to me saying that was possibile to make a change of dates witha small fee and the new total of fares fee etc would have been 357 CAD and they would have been charging me the balance between 280 and 357 as additional difference. So I gave them my credit card numbers and waited for the confirmation by email. I've got the new confirmation later but with a totally different amout. the amount was 642 CAD.

Phoned to understand what happened they just refused the idea to have misunderstood and there was possibily a mistake. I've asked to rise up the registration of the conversation had previously to prove me that. they basically skipped that possibility just getting an abstract of the parts of conversation would fit their theory. I've then asked to surrender me the registration, but they refused to do so saying that with the registration I would have sued them after.

Flighthub.com did not honor their same day cancelation policy. Their website said I had till midnight to call and cancel and it is not clear it is midnight eastern standard time! Most good airlines and other websites have a 24 hour policy so one is not punished for their time zone they live in.

They did not honor the extra insurance policy I purchased, so this would not happen. They just want to tack on numerous amounts of fees to help you.
