I had very bad scamming experience with flipkart.com for the past 3 days. I spoke to customer care through toll free number 6 times and when I called now that guy says I never called before. LOL biggest joke from the worst customer support in the world AKA Flipkart.
On the big billing scam day I waited from morning 8 Am before my computer just to buy one high discounted product and finally ended up paying for one product at 2.00 pm. I got a Nokia X phone for 90% discount. Amount I paid at 2 Pm is 1949 rupees. That is 999 for HP cartridge model 804 and 950 rupees for Nokia X phone.
This is my payment confirmation from my HDFC net banking account No. **********0923

When I spoke to customer care multiple times yesterday one guy was able to track my order and gave this order ID. The order No given to me is OD**************7062 .
2 names of customer support executives I spoke. Roopa, Pankaj I don't have other's names.
Just to let you know, if you cancel my order I will make sure I spread my bad experience all over the internet.
Still it is not reflecting in my account. To let you know I am very loud when it comes to facing issues. If my order is ever cancelled I will be too loud calling flipkart a scam. I don't want this crap apology email from you people when you sent out today. First show my order on my order page or I will start writing how I was scammed by Flipkart all over the internet.
I don't want any refunds or cancellations. I got the Nokia X for 90% discount and if you want to cancel you need to give me the full price of that product not the discounted price. Please refund 9499 rupees to my bank account if you don't have that product.
And I have been a good and prospective customer for Flipkart and you can understand my frustration. Respond with my order confirmation as soon as possible
Now when I spoke to flipkart.com they said they will refund the money. That is the biggest scam ever it is like winning a lottery and then saying sorry we cannot give prize but will refund price or lottery ticekt
This big billion dam scam shouldn't have happened. It wasted time and money for me. Sorry flipkart you put me down badly. I am still waiting for my refund of 9499 which is the original price of product.
