This company scams you into thinking that you have a credit for a good amount towards a future order after using them once. They baited me with a $52.00+ credit. I ordered $15 worth of flowers and the following charges magically appeared: $9.99 saturday service, $19.99 service charge, $9.50 sales fee, bringing the total back up to $53.19. I was told the expense was due to Mother's day even though the flowers were being delivered a week after that day. I said then cancel the order; was told it would be a 30% charge for that. I placed the order two minutes before! How could that be possible? I called back two days in a row and no manager would come to the phone. They hide behind the women that answer the phones. Funny too, on the invoice it claims my total savings is $101.27. What gall! Do not use this company ever.

Called them for a ""same day"" flower delivery as advertised off the internet. A total of 14 follow up calls to understand why my flowers where not delivered and why I haven't been refunded my monies ($71.00) four days after the fact and I now see my CC# charged.

They will direct you to a message that the customer needs to verbally explain what has occurred leaving an email or phone number which will be responded to. Five days later and still no explanation, but they got their monies and I'm still looking for answers.

Buyer be aware, the very next day I sent out more flowers with a reputable company like FTD For Mothers Day. Although I would say on the original delivery date they tried to offer me a $80.00 credit to some account for me For the inconvenience. I politely refused and asked for my money back, this is when they transfer you to a recording to leave a message to dispute your call.

Never ever, ever, ever order from this company, too many buisnesses out there fighting for your dollars plus I'm not finished getting my CC# refunded the entire amount.

Wesley Berry/FlowerDeliveryExpress.com made us miss our parents 60th wedding anniversary. A confirmation was sent assuring same day delivery of a bouquet yet no flowers arrived. Not the day of the order or the day after. Contacting the company by email yielded this response:

Your order is logged and currently being filled. Our nationwide network of florists and delivery drivers are constantly updating our logs with completed bouquets, driver assignments and delivery confirmations. However, some of these updates may be delayed by changing delivery routes, florist backlog, and additional delivery attempts.

We will confirm your order delivery via email or text message (if you chose that option) as soon as our system is updated.

Contacting them by phone requires you to answer a bunch of recorded prompts and promises a call back that I am pretty sure will never come.

After reasing other reviews saying they don't do full refunds, I went straight to my credit card provider. I will check ripoffreport first next time.
