First of all I made an order to forever21 on March 7th and didn't receive it until March 28th because they made an error with the shipping which they admitted. Once I received the items I did not want them anymore and they did not have the measurements described on the site. So I followed the instructions step by step and package the items up and returned them in the mailbox the same day I received them. I got an email from Forever21 saying they received my items on April 1st and that it would only take 3-5 business days to receive my refund. To this day they have not given me my refund and are completely ignoring my emails. I hope they will see this report and try to rectify there lack of customer service. They clearly try to rip people off by taking your money and keeping it even after you returned the items. They are also liars and make up all sorts of excuses of why they couldn't process the refund, like it's my bank that is at fault which doesn't make any sense because paypal has a function where you can easily say return refund. They have a paypal, so they are liars and are possibly hoping I forget about my refund so they can keep the money. I will never ever shop there again since I know what they are about and would love to return all the other items I got from them prior to this incident, but they will probably try to keep that refund too.

I purchased several items on 1-6-15 online. After tracking my package I realized they swapped my billing and mailing address.

I HAD to type in my shipping address in because it's the first time I have EVER shipped to this address. I am a very active online shopper and am aware of how to order online. They have a glitch on their website between the loading and checkout process.

I spoke with customer service (1-800 number) twice on 1-14-15 in regards to this situation. I was told there is nothing that I can do. They did not assure me that this could even be resolved. Instead I got off of the phone feeling even more discouraged and frustrated.

The package says it was delivered on 1-13-15 at an address in Illinois. I actually had someone drive all of the way to that address yesterday 1-15-15 and speak to the owner of the home. The lady said a package never showed. I was told that this package would need to be returned back by whoever gets it in order to get my money back. I have attempted to make contact with the company by writing from the "contact us" section of the site TWICE, writing an individual email of a known customer service rep, and through social media. No response. I did not just lose money but I was robbed. It makes me wonder how many other people also forcefully donated to F21?

Naturally, I was consumed with anxiety and felt very upset over the entire situation. You see...it's the first in a long time I've been able to update my wardrobe because I had to fight cancer for the past two years (My story www.baldmom.tumblr.com). I was given gift cards which complicates things even more. On top of it I purchased when the store was having an online promotional. I'm most likely not going to see my money.

I have been so frustrated in the lack of communication and disregard to my situation that I have taken to social media to express my frustration with the hashtag BF21 - BoycottForever21. I hope that I can offer a different perspective soon on this company.

I placed an order online with forever 21 and I put the correct billing and shipping address in the designated areas for the seperate addresses. To get to the point. I never recieved my order. I called customer service the rep tell me " oh looks like your addresses were switched" which tells me their website somehow switched it right? I know for a face I put the correct shipping address. Anyway she tells me go to the house see if the package is on the doorstep. so like a crazy person I go to my old address nothing. Knock on the door nothing. I dont even know if anyone lives there and mind you I neither work for FEDEX that delivered the package yet here I am the customer who paid, playing detective. I call back a second day after speaking with the post office who told me "after delivery disputes are between buyer and seller". Makes sense when the shipping error was the companys fault. I speak to another rep who tells me the same as the first rep "after we ship out there is nothing we can do" So end result I spent over $100 with this company and Never recieved my order nor a refund. I just took over $100 dollars out of my bank threw it in the air and this company that already makes millions maybe billions happened to catch it. Horrible service, Horrbile policies.
