We used FRANK DIGITAL is Sydney for one of our website project and all I can say is how SORRY I was that I used these guys - they are way way overpriced - extremely rude, lacking of complete understanding of the design brief and showed no interest in our project.
We are a small business and we expect to be treated with a little respect - they were always looking at ways to charge us more money for even the most minor amend and when we said it was their fault they started to threaten us with legal action.
They are never available to answer the phone - totally slack with emails and were very opinionated and overly rude to me on the phone when I managed to get the odd call back.
Overall my experience with Frank Digital was a HORROR - never ever and I will reapeat this so you know where I am coming from - if you want to have a good web experience DO NOT USE them......thats my opinion, they will obviously refute this but be warned they are real SCAMMERS.
