I opened my work email and received a copy of a MATTERS OF ARREST from this individual claiming that I had charges of a federal banking regulation issue and was going to be arrested if I did not call his office and request a offer of comprimise immediately.

No clear allegations just a email with a copy of a warrant which appears to be a down load.

OF course I began obtaining phone numbers to District Courts to try to find information on this person who is trying to make me a deal and was very unsucessful with doing so, however did receive enough information to validate that if there is a warrant for your arrest they are not delivered this way, additionally there is normally a process of investigation and it is normal to be advised directly from the feds if there is a issue that they are investigating you.

I hope anyone who has this happen contacts tha Attorney General Office.
